The Universe of the Transformers is vast, and populated by many characters. Their universe is a large tapestry, made up of the stories and points of view of countless experiences that serve the larger whole.

These are some of those stories. This is:

It should be noted that while this project has been recognized by IDW Publishing and Hasbro, none of the works presented have been commissioned or solicited by either company. The stories are not official canon, except where noted.
These stories are the result of Transformers enthusiasts taking the time out of their busy days to contribute to a universe they love.
No one has been paid for the production of these stories.

This piece is called “Break Away” Story and Art by Lindsay (Neko) Smith, Colors by Rafael (Fargnay) Yanes, Letters by Bernie (Blee) Lee, Edits by Josh (Richter) van Reyk

Nice work, although the idea of an Arielbot being afraid of heights was always dumb to me.

see? this is a nice way of presenting a contemplative piece.

even with just a soliloquy theres a good deal of 'action':

    - slverbolt walks to place
    - bird lands on silverbolt
    - bird pecks at hand
    - bird flies away

its a quiet piece, but its not static.

    good job.

You know, I read a lot of comics and I'd have to say that the Transformers Mosaics could teach the pros a thing or two about characterization. Good job :)

Agreed. Good characterization draws you to a story.

This one-pager has more characterization than many full books do these days. Good job.

Wonderful piece, it is quiet however I think we associate Transformers with too much war time imagery. The autobots are fighting for peace afterall.

I always thought silverbolt was the right guy for leading the aerialbots! Yes he has to be afraid of heights, because he and the other aerialbots were just thrown into the war and were expected to fly and dominate like the seekers...not never ever going to happen! He is scared and reluctant... But he believes in himself and will get the job done. Yeah the other four AB's live on the edge but SB is the core...always will be

Wow, I'm glad you all liked it.

Raf's colors amazed me. Even though a lot of people seem to think badly of useing lense flare, I think it really helped the piece.

    BTW

    I'm Lindsay
