This fan fic is a Novel I'm working on. Unlike every other transformers media out there, the only familiar Autobot character I'm introducing in the Novel is Optimus Prime. Every other Autobot is an "offbeat character", ones you don't here about in the cartoons or movies. There will be plenty of familiar Decepticons and some of my fan fic characters as well. I'll Post chapter 2 when i finish it. Enjoy... TRANSFORMERS MATRIX EVOLUTION CHAPTER #1 A Quiet Night, And A Close Encounter! A quiet night in the desert surrounding the town of Hope New Mexico. A 16-year-old boy stares up at the clear night sky. The boy’s name is Jason Cyrus, he’s staying with his Aunt and Uncle in the small desert town along with his younger sister, Lucy, for their summer vacation. As he stares up at the sky he sees a star blinking, thinking that its just a plane. He gets up and begins to walk back to the house, but before he can even turn around the star gets brighter and brighter, then without warning crashes right before his feet. Startled at first Jason slowly walks up to the supposed meteor. “It’s probably just a satellite or a space rock. thats all,” said Jason. He peeks into the small crater and finds a strange alien like artifact. Jason goes to touch it and a beam of light shoots out of the center of the artifact straight into the sky. “what the hell!” said Jason as he fell over. The beam of light slowly dims and Jason gets up. Then a smaller beam shoots him in the head knocking him back down. the beam doesn't hurt him and quickly dissipates. Jason then touches the artifact yet again, and it then turns to dust in his hands. “What...what the hell was that?” said Jason. He then hears his little sister calling him back to the house. Jason then starts to walk away, he looks back at the crater, then starts to walk back to the house. Not noticing that another star had fallen miles away. In the next town over the fallen star this time is a robot who crashes in a junkyard. The robot then scans a in-tact dark purple car, and shifts its body, transforming into an exact replica of the car, and takes off following a energy signal. The next night Jason starts to see visions of symbols and a grand voice speaking some strange language. Before he can see the face of the thing speaking, he is woken up by his sister Lucy. “You Okay? You where tossing and turning in your sleep.” said Lucy. “Yeah I’m fine.” said Jason. “You where also mumbling...some sort of strange language.” said Lucy. “Geez, ever since I touched that meteor I’ve been hearing and seeing things.” said Jason. “Wait, hold up! you touched a meteor, Where! I want to see it!” said Lucy. Jason takes Lucy out to the back of the house where the meteor’s crashed. “Hey where is it?” asked Lucy. “I told you, I touched it, it shot a beam into the sky, then shot me, and then it disintegrated.” said Jason. “Aw man, and I was hoping to add it to my rock collection.” said Lucy. They turned around to head back to the house when the robot car came up behind them. It drives past them knocking them both down. “Hey what gives you Moron! You could have killed us!” yells Jason at the car as it turns around. It faces them and flashes its high beams at them. “You have something that belongs to me! Give it up and your deaths will be swift and painless!” said the robot car. “What are you talking about? we don’t have anything!” said Jason. The car then transforms into a robot, shifting its parts around until it stood about 20 feet tall. Its arm then turned into a gun and it pointed it at Jason and Lucy. “So You’ve chosen slow and painful, so be it!” said the robot. The robot begins to charge its gun when a light blue car races up and tackles it, knocking the robot aside and causing it to miss Jason and Lucy. The car then opens its doors. “Get in if you wan’t to live!” said the car in a female voice. Without hesitation Jason and Lucy hop in the car, and to their surprise the car has no driver. The car takes off, while the robot transforms back into a car and pursues them. The blue car heads for a rocky canyon, quickly maneuvering though the rocks, when they come up to a fork in the road. “Take the left path!” said Jason. “What makes you so sure thats the right way?” said the blue car. We’ve been coming here every summer, and I know the area like the back of my hand!” So they take the left path, as they do, the purple car follows. Soon they end up in a dead end. “Son of a...I thought you knew the way!” said the blue car. “SHHHH, Keep quiet.” said Jason. The purple car slows down to a crawl and transforms back into a robot. “Get behind me and stay down. said the blue car. The blue car transforms into a robot as well. Transforming its arm into a gun and pointing it at the enemy robot. “Stay back...” said the female robot. “Like fish in a barrel.” said the enemy robot. Lucy then throws a rock at the enemy robot, but missis it, hitting the rocky wall behind it. “Sheesh, you humans are pathetic, aren't you?” said the enemy robot. “I’m sorry, I couldn’t hear you!” said Jason. “I said...” said the enemy robot. “A little louder you piece of scrap metal!” said Lucy. “SCRAP METAL!!?? WHY YOU DISGUSTING VERMEN! I’LL...” said the enemy robot, but before he could finish his sentence, the rocky wall behind him started to crack and fall. “...Scrap...” said the enemy robot as big rocks and boulders fell on top of him crushing him. One big one fell on his face, killing him. As the rockslide stopped, leaving a pile of rocks where the enemy robot once stood, the female robot looks at Jason. “Back of your hand, huh?” said the female robot. “When you come here every summer you learn about the area, even where not to go.” said Jason. “Your pretty strategic, for a human. But as you can see, I’m not here to make friends. My scanners are telling you have something that belongs to me.” said the female robot. “So, are you going to blast us when we say we don’t have anything?” said Lucy. “Well I could, but that would go against everything I believe in...My name is Glyph, I’m an Autobot. The lug under the rocks is what we call a Decepticon.” said Glyph. “My name is Jason and this is my little sister Lucy.” said Jason. “Okay Jason, so if you don’t have the Matrix, why are my scanners sensing its energy on you?” said Glyph. “Matrix? like the movie?” said Jason. “I think she means that strange meteor the turned to dust after you touched it last night.” said Lucy. “IT DID WHAT!!!” said Glyph with a scared look on her face. “Shhh...avalanche zone.” said Jason. Glyph nods her head. “Tell you what, lets get out of here, and we’ll share info later.” said Glyph. As they exit the canyon, Jason explains what happened to the Matrix. “I can’t say i know whats going on here, but if anyone knows about what happened to the Matrix, its Optimus.” said Glyph. “Wait, who?” said Jason. “Our leader, Optimus Prime. He’s the rightful owner of the Matrix, he’ll know whats going on. So Glyph drives off towards home base, unaware that another bat-like robot is listening in on their conversation.

hey there, unfortunately i'm canceling this fan fic. the reason is that i write these on the fly and i can't seem to come up with a good part 2 that will knock the socks of of you. but i do like the idea of using characters who don't get enough time in the spotlight. so i might make a new fan fiction that will star these guys, but until then if you guys wan't too, you can turn this fan fic into a "What Happens Next!" fan fic.
