On eBay this evening! This Soundwave started as the over sized knockoff Generation 1 figure and features the following upgrades and modifications:

    - Completely scratch built head based off of Frenzy_Rumble's original Soundwave head
    - Added arm articulation at shoulders to allow major amount of movement
    - Added articulation at elbows that features flexion/extension and rotation
    - Modified waist that telescopes for transformation giving Soundwave an additional 1/2" in height (courtesy of Frenzy_Rumble's help)
    - New custom cast articulated hands that are on ball joints at the wrist
    - Completely rebuilt chest with ability to hold standard G1 cassettes
    - Knees and hips were modified to allow more poseability
    - Pivots added to feet to allow them to sit flush to a surface
    - Custom installed purple LEDs in the chest cavity as well as a red LED in the head that both operate independently with dual switches and single battery supply in the back of the figure.
    - Custom created and applied decals
    - 3D Embossed faction symbol on chest
    - The entire figure has been reinforced to add weight and stability

Very nice piece, my only critique is that the sentinel hands don't really fit this figure, it would have been better to cast seeker hands for a more cartoon and aesthetically pleasing look, otherwise fantastic job. :)

I tried them! They were actually a bit too small. Good thing is these are on ball joints so they can be swaped.

interesting, the comparison pic you have with starscream seems to show the seeker hands would have been ok to use and in scale, still the swapping feature is a welcome addition. good work!

I guess I should have clarified.... they were not long enough IMHO, they looked like short stubby hands. They looked very odd. Plus, they would not hold his weapon.

Wow, he looks great! The hands look good, at first glance they threw me off, but they fit, albeit, maybe a little over detailed compared to the rest of him. Some of that might just be us recognizing its a movie part and immediately balking at the idea. Love the little details, Laserbeak looks cozy in there.
