Can someone ID this thing?
Transformers - HULK - Kupindo.com
Marvel Megamorphs Hulk: Series 2.
What he said
Holy shit! you found that before i did! i've looking all over hte internet for it...
way better than the Transformers marvel crossover hulks.
I'm thinking about picking it up for parts... is it worth the $10 they are asking?
Definitely worth 10 beans, the hands are like Unicron sized and articulated nicely. I have a little stash of them for customs. Lots of the joints are ratcheting and strong too, however the range of motion is a little restrained.
not sure if serious......
I sincerely hope not. Considering Megamorphs are a piece of crap.
Meanwhile, Marvel Crossovers tank Hulk is absolutely phenomenal.
...if you mean size-wise... yes... but for all intents and purposes that toy leaves much to be desired. Not a very convincing tank mode, the transformation's hardly intuitive, and the bot mode's this squat inarticulate mass despite very strong ratchet joints
The only redeeming quality of that toy honestly comes from uuser taking parts of that figure and using it on his kick-ass take on the ptitvite Devastator: http://s9vloq.bay.livefilestore.com...ri7RuQL4MtjQePVAYUL6bQfilnzm7Czm/IMG_6039.jpg
So apparently he's Immorticon.
And YES. There's plenty of worthwhile parts fodder for customizing... in particular Gestalt like the above example. It's just that as a figure himself it's crap.
...wait... so not only are they crapformers... they ripped off a design sketch for Transtech? Wow.
Yep, a few of the Marvel Megamorphs use abandoned Transtech toy designs, I believe the Iron Man used Starscream's design.
If by "ripped off" you mean "bought a design that was going nowhere".
Depends if they bought it or just used the design knowing it wasn't going anywhere. But whatever the case is... this crap toy makes good fodder for customs.
Now, how bout some of the other MegaMorphs? Any of them sport decent articulated hands or ratchet joints? I've seen a few once or twice online for around 10ish, but lacked pictures to make a good call.
Well, it WAS the same designers of Transtech working on the toys.
Buy him if you want something that almost was a real Transformer.
As adapted by a group that has no experience creating complicated transforming robots, and it shows...
