Rumor has it that those images might come from TFW2005.

Hey if someone else wants to get on the mailing list for this, spend an hour scouring the magazine (which was near 300 pages), then spending another 45 or so minutes scanning and cleaning up the stuff, they can be my guest. Until then though, I like to protect the work I put in.

I guess I could do it in two minutes and put out the blurry cell phone snapped pics that everyone goes giddy for. Or people can put up with the watermarks knowing that they're getting nice clear and readable versions of the scans.

It's a "joke" that has severely outworn its welcome.

Thanks for the scans Joe. Nothing new, but the information looks interesting. Definently a good read.

They're probably not going to reveal anything big until Toy Fair. The magazine had article after article on various companies talking about "wait until you see this at Toy Fair". A lot of ads for companies saying "Check out XYZ in 2009".

Well believe it or not, there is new stuff here.

Wolverine and the X-men 3 3/4 inch figures will have articulated elbows!
All previous photos made it look like they wouldn't. That Logan shot is the first clear they will, and also confirms in that line most if not all the wolvies sadly will have snap on claws instead of retractable, while bigger ones will have retractable.

never thought I'd see Bumblebee sharing a page with Thomas the Tank Engine, Barney the dinosaur, and Postman Pat. He's lookin a bit like the kid that got held back a year.

It's not the watermarks themselves that annoy me. Lightening them up a few shades would improve readability. Slapping giant watermarks over scans that make it virtually impossible to make out what they're obscuring is kinda defying the purpose of those scans in the first place.

Well, I have arguments with about every part of your post heh, but that's for another thread. Suffice it to say that yes, I was just making a joke (mainly when I saw the one with 3 watermarks covering a quarter to a third of the page), and no harm was meant.

Can't comment on that one, since I haven't seen anyone else making similar comments - but there are lots of news threads I don't bother with.

I seriously hope that the new helmet is a SOUNDWAVE helmet.
