Relieved to hear that it's an easy fix.

When has Hasbro put a piece on incorrectly on a whole run of toys, I would be interested to know, now I know they have had pieces that don't work well.

    All the time huh?

Here's what I posted on another board. I recommend everyone do the fix themselves:

    -------------------

    Here's the process:

Step 1: unscrew the lower legs
-- do the bottom screw first, otherwise the spring will push out in a weird way, making the top screw more difficult to get out
    Step 2: unscrew the knees
Step 3: swap knees, screw back on
Step 4: put lower legs back on the same side they were on before, screw back on
-- make sure that the screw on the knee and the screws on the legs are facing the same side
-- do the top screw first, so that you can align the spring and gear pieces more easily

Super easy. My only other tip is to make sure to use a screw driver that won't strip the screws.
