I think the idea is that Magnus is just a white Optimus under the armor, so Elita thinks he's the ghost of Optimus Prime.

 

I don't know what he's smoking,,, but if I DID get this comic,,, I think I'd be a little concerned.

that's part of it at least.. he's pretending to be the ghost, which elita falls for, but she's already with lego-maraca-ackbar.

the rest is a mystery.. his shell suddenly reappears, he declares his undying love for drift, then ackbar claims that pat lee is drifts headmaster, and then it ends on ackbar molesting his head while they argue over wether or not it is a trap?

hmm..

 

this will linger in the recess of my mind, gnawing at my subconscious and when i least expect it, BAM! the meaning of this strip will be unveiled to me as if a shroud had been lifted from my minds eye, a truth which has been unbeknownst to me all this while, and till that day, i am blind.

I loved the 'I'm a ghost back for one night of passion' bit - finally a really good reason to keep the 'white repaint of Optimus Prime' angle lol
