So I just got this bad boy from TRU and I noticed something and I am not sure if it has been pointed out yet. He appears to have connection points on his shoulders and forearms for (what I assume) other weapons, like in the game. They don't peg into anything for the transformation. The pegs for Bumblebee's weapons are the same size as Primes, so I wonder if there is the option for Prime to wield the weapons for the other figures in the line. Thoughts?

Sorry for the quality of the pic. These are the only weapons I have at work to throw on him but I thank ROTF Brawn and Dirge for the use of thier pew pews. Interesting note, Prime's gun fits perfectly into his forearm, there is room for the entire handle to fit in the hole, almost like it was designed that way :D

I'm thinking they're universal joints? Like the ones from most CHUG figs?

Well, the peg holes are actually hexagonal and have no screws in them.

A lot of movie figures and animated toys did'nt have 5mm post ports.

It is interesting that the new prime has so many.

It's an interesting way to bring a game feature to the figures. I can't wait to stick Megatron's gun on him :D
