Hasbro really stepped up their game at Sunday's panel. There is going to be sooo much good stuff coming out within the next year and so on. IMO, they really out did themselves.

Man! With so many Generations and WFC figures coming out, I'm running out of space really fast. I'll probably sell off my movie Transformers figures as I'm a bigger fan for G1'ish figures.

i would really like to see a 6 bot version that more resembles the actual characters like most of the classics and generations updates have been

if it looked like the IDW devastator or just the constructicons themselves i would be happy.

its an opinion though not that the one they did is a bad toy at all. i just want something that looks like devastator from my childhood.

but i am super stoked to see the new stuff and complete my seekers

I kinda feel like you might be right. Im suprised we are actually getting this 3rd round! Then again, someone at the panel mentioned not to jump on 3rd party stuff to fast as they have stuff way down the pipe. We'll see. In the mean time, Im amazed that we are getting Jazz AND a Tracks. Scourge came outta nowhere. Blurr was a nice move (they probably only did Drift BECAUSE they could do a Blurr repaint, 2 birds!). But I still feel like this may be the last of the moheekans! Hope its not the case!

Anyone here if Jazz has a shoulder missile? Or if Tracks has the missile things behind his head?

This was a huge day for Generations. I'm pleased to also hear the Kup and "fembots" reveal. I'm also pumped about the OTCC G2 Ramjet and Sideburn (Rodimus repaint) freebie. This thread has ALL the CHUG stuff listed 3 different ways if you're keeping a list. I'm going to update it tomorrow with the Botcon stuff.

So one of my bigger questions for the time being is will Blurr's weapons store in car mode like Drift's?

Or will they just be loose?

Generations is amazing. I'm really happy to see the push to make IDW style figures. I absolutely love their designs. Anyone know if perceptor's head is IDW styled? I assumed it might be, since he has a sniper rifle, but I never saw any comment about it. Really. the last figure I need to make classics feel complete to me after today is Wheeljack. After him, everything else will be icing on the cake.

So with the announcement of figures like Jazz, Grapple, Tracks, Scourge...etc, has there been anything said if there will be Henkei versions of these figures? It's been cleared up that TF2010 figures are not any designation of Classics or ROTF, so Seaspray is definitely Classics if that's what you want him to be. Might there be a Henkei repaint (hopefully like frogDNA's)? So many questions left unanswered at Botcon.

I'm sure that all the deluxes will get a Takara release, though it may not be until a few months after the Hasbro release at this point. Once Takara has run out of animated toys to put out, they'll start releasing these. I'm betting on it. I really want to get 2 Hasbro Scourages and 1 Takara to make a full set of sweeps. As for Seaspray, I'd say he's not a sure thing, but it's still likely he'll get a Japanese release.

Seaspray is really the only one that I'm worried about. I'm sure the Hasbro releases of Jazz and Scourge and such will be okay (and if I end up liking the Takara versions I'll just get those too). Just after seeing frogDNA's repaint of Seaspray really makes me want that figure, but only if he's painted like that. He's got Hasbro Voyager Powerglide disease.

I'd like to see Generations or the pseudo-classics ROTF stuff (Like Seaspray)do some of the non-G1 stuff like Tidal Wave .

I like how Hasbro is not settling for straight repaints now, sometimes a simple head remold can change the figure entirely.
