When did Matt or HMS say PS3 only. I know he mentioned a Demo while being interviewed by Sony, but I'm pretty sure he said what he said where he said it to let PS3 owners know that they WOULD NOT be left out this time around.

 

there are more PS3 for WFC than in XBox... yesterday there was about 650 players online on the PS3 and still has maintained its healthy community. how many players are in the XBox?

 

The demo is coming out for both systems, that guy is just being a wiseass. I'm thinking next week they will release it because it's one month away , so they can test the multiplayer and hopefully get rid of some bad bugs early on. The demo we have seen is a stripped down version of the actual games multiplayer. I like that they have added the dash button and taken away one of the abilities, people depended on them all the time in WFC, now it's going to take some skill to shoot someone.

really? that i didn't know. if that's a consistent number, then yeah High Moon should consider releasing the demo on the XBox too.

 

That still doesn't mean or even imply that it's PS3 only? Like i said earlier though, i hope we all get to play the demo this time.

 

Well I think PSN would be neglected if they never got anything exclusive.

Get ready to get disappointed. HMS doesn't believe in console exclusive. Matt said it himself, when he said that he wanted all gamers to have the same experience when given reasons for no collector's edition.

 

I think the only reason Matt said about looking for it soon on PSN was because it was a Sony interview wasn't it?
And you're right for the most part, i must admit i much prefer XB live to PSN and since i pay for XB Gold, i might as well get my money's worth.

you know last time when they announced that they were going to show a demo for WFC at select stores like 'Toys R Us' before WFC came out, i went to the one in New York City, only to find out that there was nothing going on there as far as showing a demo for WFC on that day. First, I went to the 'Toys R Us' at Upper Bronx and they too didn't have that demo there. The whole thing was a disorganized mess.

So, in the tradition of James Cameron's "Avatar Day" where people had seen a preview of the movie at select 3D and Imax theaters, HMS should just have a "Fall of Cybertron Day" where people can play the Demo in all consoles.

 

I hope you know that the reason he gave for there being no CE is just PR bullshit. I'm guessing Activison just did't think doing a CE for FOC would be worth it, and it make sense since WFC didn't sell too well.

The only reason PSN didnt get a demo was because of time high moon had to rush the demo out so PSN didnt get it if high moon had more time PSN would of got a demo
