Has anyone received and read the WFC book yet? Supposed to be a history of the war for Cybertron.

Wondering if its any good. Also if its entirely based on the game or gets into other details.

Yes, but given that some people got the game before the street date, its possible someone has it already.

Hoping to get a review so I have an idea if I want to buy it.

I bought it this afternoon at my local Books-A-Million. Haven't actually cracked it open yet though. I'm looking forward to some more Trasnformersy goodness. ^_^

*Edit. Opened it up and I can tell you that the chapters are pretty small and there are 39 of them. Lots of space between words on the pages too so it'll probably be a quick read.

Thanks for that. After reading this I swung out to my Books-A-Million and they had it too. So now I will certainly have it for my flight on Tuesday.

What's this about? Is it a story or like a history book, only about TFs?

    It's just a prequel story, a tie-in novel.

So, anyone had time to actually read yet and give even a partial review?

I guess it's true what they say about video games being the downfall of reading for today's generation. ;)  lol

Come on surely somebody has some Spoilers to give about the book? A review? Something?????? You can't be playing the game 24/7, can you? Someone must've read the book by now.

    I'm dying here.

Edit: Found a review here. Not so good.

I have the book in hand, but its a legit novel. I haven't stopped playing WFC to read it, but i was sad it wasn't at least comic book style.

I'm glad it's an actual novel. we have more then enough TF comics out there right now. I hope we get more TF novels set in the G1 verse.
