Stacking shields...probably the order in which they're applied. I'd like to think Hot Spot reflects 50% of the damage the defense is putting out, and that first aid's sheild then reduces how much he takes, but I'm sure the reflection is reduced. I haven't had enough time to test hot spot with hot rod and see if invulnerability stops reflection of damage.

Most of this is wrong...try reading the questions a little longer.

1,2: 40% damage reduction from first aid's bots on top of jumpstream's 80% reduction...he'll take 60% of 20%, meaning 12% of original damage. If you're lucky enough to get both to be active.

3: he knows what they do, as indicated by the wording of the question. Drift's drain is damage then healing. He does X damage then gets healed for 3X. So a shield would reduce X, and should reduce his healing as well. Against Tantrum he'll do X damage, take 1/2X damage, then heal for 3X.

4: this answer makes no sense...glass gas is a damage multiplier, not just an attack. I believe the damage calculations in this game are very simple: reflection onto glass gas would increase reflected damage. It's treated just as it's damage applied from Hot Spot.

5: There are no "def stats" for bots, only health, unless they have the shields on. If something gets hit, they take the damage from the mortar, reduced or increased based on modifiers such as shields or glass gas.

6: Defenses have a DPS figure, but don't always attack once per second. So they don't just hit for say 150 damage at 150dps...more like 350 per hit. Per target. Shock towers should hit everything within range, but they've been acting strange, damaging things in a radius around their nearest target(s) instead. So wait for SA to maybe fix the bug then see how it works.

I've personally seen it hit everything around it, just some things have more health and survive longer.

7: actually close to correct. Outpost numbers are percentages of original bot stats...like 98% dps and 50% health, or whatever the actual numbers are. (They're close for max)

8,9: not a bug, it's aggro mechanics. They fixate on the closest target, and path the fastest way to it. Faster moving bots like rust dust run around walls, slower bots attack the walls in the way instead. You can reset their targets by using abilities.

10: it's about your zone as well. If your base is ranked in zone 9 or lower, or zone 13, you get attacked fewer times because fewer people are attacking those zones. 11 and 12 are where the most players are hanging out attacking, and z13 are where most players' bases are ranked. Once I upgraded to hq15 with my upgraded defenses and walls I was moved to z13 and immediately stopped being attacked daily.

11: come on, try a little harder.

12: if you use a bot's ability the defenses switch targets away. Some cores target gunners and healers. If you charge Ironhide who doesn't attract defenses, anything targeting him will go to the next nearest.

Then there's the shock tower bug, and mortar/missile launcher splash.

Currently looking to join a new Autobot alliance: HQ level 12, 3,000+ medals, player rank 46. Active in weekly wars and weekend events.

Small update, but I think I prefer the "prioritize defense" cores for BB and Rust Dust. It's been really handy having them charge out and immediately immobilize a turret or mortar instead of plinking away at a harvester.

I mean, all abilities are manually targeted, so: Yes... if I'm interpreting your question correctly.

Rust Dust, Bumblebee, Shrapnel, and Scavenger all have basic attacks that short out defenses (except for shock turrets).

I didn't know Pyra Magna and Jumpstream had guns:

Before I saw this happen, I thought they only used their axe and fists to fight.

Which got me wondering, does Optimus have a gun too?
I've never seen him use it, he's always wielding an energy axe.
I would expect to see this appear if ever he does go for ranged combat:

    We just got 2* Springer.

Edit: @Pfg80 is correct. My bad. The abilities do level up simultaneously.

    Indeed. Upgrading one upgrades both.

Yes but it tends to be situational. He's not top tier or anything, but he can dodge attacks and is quick, and I think he does disable enemy buildings with his attack. Plus his hacking can do some damage with the right building, it just lacks range. Bumblebee or Rust Dust are better for stall or damage respectively, but Percy makes a good B or C Team candidate.

He avoids the same but doesn't disable on attack. Lately I've been seeing shock towers clustered at choke points with outposts, it would be useful to hack those towers after popping outposts with a solid tank, use the towers against the choke strategy.
