An SA customer support rep said:

In order to improve performance and stability, it is possible that some textures or graphics are reduced for some specific devices. I’m afraid that this is not a selectable option and it is part of new updates.

I challenged that, looks like a problem rather than graphic reduction. Tres are gone and how can playing 6 months mean it no can longer handle the game.

Another rep said she uses a 3gb ram phone and is also reduced (yeah right) and even mentioned 4-8gb ram devices.


The menu buttons are also very low Res and grainy and thus I suggested they look again.

Still waiting to hear back.

This weekend is being promoted as the biggest XP bonus the game has ever had, or something like that.

EDIT: up to 350% XP. Individual event, 30 prestige total, 6k a prestige. A ton of energon and alloy, 1500 3* shards and I think 200 4* shards per prestige. Also spark. No battle boosts.

 

Interesting. I can probably get a new 4* off shards if I tough it out.

 

It's possible what I saw wasn't accurate, I've since learned.

 

The up to 350% xp, 30 prestige is all that we know so far. The rest was from old newsletter screenshots getting passed around.

 

If it's the normal "each battle is worth 10" thing, then I'm going to power up my opposing faction bots, I've been holding out on those.

Yeah Waiting for SA to get back to me, but one of their cust service rep says it's a recent change.

I remember when I first started to play this he in Jan and I was locked out of the game for a week or so the staff said it my connection/wi-fi. I said it wasn't and eventually it was their fault since many people had the issue.

 

Wow, this might be the worst event since I've been playing.
