    Hello,
I was just trying to watch War Dawn from Season 2 part 2 today on my DVD player and it kept getting stuck. I tried it on my computer and it worked a little better but it still stuck a little from time to time. Does anyone else have this problem? Also, the Audio 5.1 doesn't seem to work on disks 6 or 7 on my computer.

What kind of DVD player are you using?

And is it the Rhino or Metrodome set?

Actually, according to online consumer reviews, that particular player has consistently received good ratings.

If it's "sticking" even when you play it on your computer, it's possible you have defective discs. Check the back of them--if you see a splotchy blob-like pattern, it could be a sign of a bad burn on the part of the manufacturer. I had to return a few Walmart DVD purchases in the past because of this.

I take it you purchased this set recently? Was it from an actual "brick & mortar" store or online?

Actually I bought it when it first came out. I haven't watched them in a couple of years and the disc just stuck. I didn't see any splotchy pattern on the disc though. I did buy it from Suncoast (RIP) but it is no longer in business and would probably not have the set if it was.

    No visible scratches either?

I've had DVDs that got scratched and would skip or cause the player to freeze up, and I knew it wasn't my fault because I handle discs very carefully. However, I had roommates who "borrowed" stuff without asking and it really pissed me off when they mucked up my discs.

There are people in the world who would suggest renting whatever disc you've got that won't play and switch them out, but you didn't hear that from me.
