So barricade it's a thing outside of the movies...neat.

 

I love the designs! They have a strong G1 influence but it still includes some aspects not present in G1 like SUV Soundwave or Barricade. I'm really looking forward to the show.

 

Wheeljack has similar type of head/hair as Que.

 

You sure about that? It just looks like the G1 head to me.

 

I'm talking about his helmet. or whatever that it's over his head.

 

I think I like Ratchet the most out of all these Barricade is a close second.

 

Okay, that's it. We NEED Generations-quality figures of these designs, and we need them yesterday!

It's fairly clear they were going for G1.

 

You tell em, Music. I see each one of these designs and right off the bat I know who they're supposed to be. They look dynamic while recognizable

 

These designs look frickin' awesome! Here's hoping for some more complex figures with these designs. Especially that Ratchet, Shockwave, Hound, Soundwave, and screw it; give me all of them!

We already have Generations and Masterpiece for geewun guys. Do we really need to hamstring the creative potential of a new series for the sake of pleasing the 40 year old manchildren?

 

I think Cyberverse Hound has some small little references to Movie Hound. I wonder what is personality will be like?

Wait, Hound is going to appear in a cartoon again? That's pretty awesome. Hey Hasbro, give me a Voyager of that and Soundwave. I needed them yesterday. I wouldn't mind if you... accidentally didn't faithfully reproduce the show's styling...

I noticed bullet belts coming into Hound's arms. A neat nod to his most recent past incarnation. Those would be troublesome on a toy, though, unless they were molded in and not rubber/plastic strands.

 

Holy cow, these designs are great. Hope they look this good in motion.

And yeah, it IS a shame that they aren't doing something new aside from G1-inspired, BUT I'm sure that'll come back around someday.
