Prowl still looks better than his Siege incarnation to me. Soundwave gets more and more tempting the more I see of him, especially with the Laserbeak gimmick. I wish that Sting Shot Bumblebee were more deluxe sized, because it actually looks pretty decent. And doggone it, I hope we get a full sized Ratchet at some point because I really like his robot mode design, but these goofy halfway-to-altmode figures just don\'t do it for me.

Ultimate Bumblebee looks pretty good for what it is. All Ultimate figures are really good toys.

My son is 3 and a half. One step changers and their sturdier design are completely appropriate. I'm very glad they make them.

I keep wanting to bad mouth these toys but them I recall what Thew says near the end of this review.

Then I think about the toys I loved as a child.

It looks like that child was afraid of the toys.

It was a random kid. Me being of an older generation, I totally forgot things that were considered normal 10 years ago are considered "creepy" to the younger generation. While I disagree with culture change, ill delete the picture out of respect for the kid. You might wanna edit it out of your reply as well.

But I think you understood the point I was trying to make. It was a kodak moment.

dude, it was sure as shit not normal 10 years ago to take a fucking random over the shoulder picture of someone's kid. that's never been normal. that's weird as hell and raises a lot of red flags.

Thats your opinion. Im of a different generation where political correctness was not always so important. When everyone was snapping pictures of Elian Gonzalez as the government forcefully removed him from his home, nobody called the photographers creepy. When Michael Jackson dangled his kid off the balcony and it was posted all over the news, nobody called the photographers creepy. While we might disagree on cultural norms, the first amendment guarantees freedom of the press. I might not work for TFW2005, but anyone who posts a picture with accompanying information on a news site is pretty much acting in press capacity. As I stated before, I saw a "kodak moment" that contradicts what a lot of people on this site say about kids and toys. So I snapped a pic to prove otherwise. It was a spur of the moment decision and I did not take milenial cultural norms into consideration. Dont get me confused with someone who collects random pictures of people with no justification for taking them. I'm not that person. The original post explained why I took the pic whether you agree with my logic or not. Obviously we got different views, but I deleted the picture out of respect for the kid. (Not the critics) I dont need people having false impressions of me so I wont be doing that again. End of discussion.

While the toy line for the most part is uninteresting, I will say that laserbeak inside Soundwave’s chest seems a little neat. And the overall design of Soundwave is alright.
