    Well I have mentioned this project with people on the boards for a little while and I am going to show off what I got now.

    I had always planned to keep working on this costume after Halloween so it is unfinished now but I will be working more and more on it.

    Here is what I got now.

    I will post more pics and progress when my computer is being a POS :p

    so yeah I went to a party in this outfit last night and it was a tad hard to move around but everyone liked it, albeit most of them didn't know what I was LOL.

    Then one guy was like "It's Bludgeon!" that made me smile

    Nice! I did the Ghost Samurai thing this year too (though not Bludgeon). The bright colours really evoke toylike qualities, though maybe a weathering wash might bring out some of the details in the chest plate, if you want to go that way.

    Did you actually have a real Samurai helmet as a base???

    The real question is, does it split in half, and are you wearing green military fatigues underneath? :)
