Found it at 'the usual place'....all I gotta say is these toys cannot be released soon enough. Not absolutely perfect, but far better than anything thats on the shelves right now, including the now-pathetic Alternators line. This will completely recharge my interest in Transformers.

*edit: oh yeah and I too am casting my vote that Bumblebee is the mystery blacked out one*

 

Yay I found the pics! They all look good, I suspect that metallic glow will not be there in person but for the price they're a steal. (just wishes they were bigger)

 

They all look really fantastic.  

 

OK, I've seen them because people are being goofy elsewhere. I think these look ridiculously awesome. The Prime is incredible in bot mode. To me, Starscream and Astrotrain are perfect updates, and Hot Rod is stunning, especially in vehicle mode.

 

I'm pleasently suprised with them all. For the price, these are great figures. It's a real shame it took them so long to give us updated G1 characters like these. Hope they continue the line for many years. It would be great to have a small classics line to collect each year.

I fear for the Bumblebee figure though. It looks like he's got half his car mode on his back.

 

Hopefully some of the recent mainline homages like Energon Downshift will fit in with these guys well. Anyone think they might not?

Yes! Getting previews is one of the reasons I joined the club. These look GREAT!!!!

- Optimus looks good, though as others have said, I'm not too keen on the yellow. He looks bulky and tough, and has a hefty gun. And the truck and bot both look good (unlike, say Energon Prime   )

- Astrotrain is an excellent update. Very nice, very much like the original. Big purple gun!!

- Hot Rod is the best of the bunch. The original has been one of my top five favorites for years, and this looks like an outstanding update!

- Starscream is another winner! I think the hips are a bit wide, which may be what some of you think looks 'off', but who cares? He looks great anyway!

- Rubsigns!!

I'd intended to be a completist on this line long before I saw the pictures, but they just reinforce it. Very nice!!

 

The black and white preview we saw of Prime and Megatron didn't have me very excited, but now that I've seen Prime in "all his glory" I'm quite taken with it, so I wonder what a better shot of Megatron will reveal?

Also, to me, this Starscream is looking nicer than the MP version so far, which is hilarious.
