News Post: Transformers Cinematic Universe Is Over, Current Movie Series To Be Rebooted
Well, it can't get much worse. But given the money made by that franchise, I'm still not sure anything coming down the pike will have any value to me. If it's not a clear spiritual successor to the G1 cartoon, then it ain't for me.
Oh my God. The unthinkable just happened. Wow. I don't know how I feel right now.
What a surprise.
That screenwritters room should happened before Revenge of the Fallen.
Happy to see Micronauts and G.I. Joe movies are still on the schedule. This is for the best, hopefully we get something better next time around. They couldn't salvage the current movie universe, it's better to just start over.
Is this really of any surprise after TLK?
So is the bee movie in this universe or no
This isn't a surprise at all. I thought we all just assumed TF6 would be a reboot anyway. Okay, they've supposedly removed it from the schedule but I think the movie will still come out as intended, maybe just a year or so later, but "Transformers 6" was always just a tentative title anyway.
It's time for a fresh start. But only after Studio Series is done.
It's the last movie of the old continuity.
Good. Every one of those movies has been a complete sack of shit.
Wow just wow. I know they were all Michael Bay movies but I thought at least someone could pick up the torch and pick up where they left off. I really enjoyed most of the Transformers movies. I just hope if they reboot the series that they will at least keep the style they used for the Transformers because that's what I liked most about the movies. I assume if Bumblebee is going to look the same as he did in the Bay movies in the Bumblebee movie then there is some hope they will keep that style. Still sad to hear that we won't get a sequel to The Last Knight.
They will probably keep the style because of the Ballgagbee and if the Movie Series does well. But seriously, this storyline could not be continued any more.
Thank god. Hope they can get it right next time, unless the Bumblebee movie is trash in which case we’re doomed.
Or saved. I’m not sure honestly.
Then I'm not as inclined to pursue MPM Barricade or Ironhide.
It was time. TF5 felt a bit like the tank didn't have much fuel left in it. That and although I think Bay did an enormous service to the franchise with his run of films it's time for a now directorial voice to add something new to the mythos.
See hasbro, after the bumblebee movie of course!
