We don't know what, if any, continuity accomplishes that, as none has been officially stated. Technically, Prime is meant to be in the same continuity as WFC/FoC, but I don't know if that's actually going to happen or if it's going to be retconned (I guess you can count it as canon right now).

Technically, if you're looking for what would synch up with the least number of obvious inconsistencies so far would be... maybe the marvel comics?

 

Nice. I just wanted something that included the early days of the war on Cybertron and ended with Machine Wars.
