There's an old episode of Miami Vice where Crockett and Tubbs are undercover at a money-counterfeiting warehouse, and one of the guard thugs is trying to transform a G1 Shockwave toy. It's like the 1st scene of the episode.

 

In one of the Conan O Brian scetches after his monologue he torments a neighborhood that overdoes XMAS and he sets out a XMAS display of his own. Including an ice toilet, JOhn Travolta Statue from Battlefield Earth and a nativity scene with BW Cheetor. It's hilarious.

 

Not really a cameo, but Optimus Prime is mentioned in a commercial for "Trivial Pursuit 80s"

 

Comedian Dane Cook has a portion of his act about naming his future kids Optimus Prime and Megatron.

 

Forgive me...I was watching the beetlejuice cartoons lastnight....so I guess that's why I screwed that up....heh..

 

In one of the Ridge Racer games, Optimus Prime drives across the bridge.

Some RECENT cartoon that deals with magic powers and kids had someone driving an Optimus Prime rig (Autobot Symbol), that gets blown up at the end. A bunny was in the scene if that helps.

 

Dexter's Laboratory had an episode where his family all got giant robot suits to fight some anime monster. Dexter's mom's vehicle was a lime green version of Rodimus Prime.

 

I think I should just say Megas XLR. Nearly every episode had some sort of TF reference, whether it was a red and blue semi, a yellow beetle, or a doohickey inside Megas that looked like the Matrix.

That was The Grim Adventures of Billy and Mandy. One of the kids (I think his name is Puddin) wished for a rabbit that would be his best friend. And the rabbit said he loved Puddin to death and tried to kill him, specifically with a truck that looked like Optimus Prime.

 

There is no forgiveness in my heart for such a grave travesty. Nor can their be. For he who can not tell the difference between Winnona Ryder and Natalie Portman exists in a realm where the two are not separate people and that is a realm I would not care to even visit, let alone live in. For in that realm, it would therefore be impossible for the two to meet on screen and subsequently fall in love with each other, and therefore proceed to have the hot make-out scene with each other.

Whoah. Bad case of the Fridays here.

Wasn't there a speech by President Bush at some point where he said something like, "Freedom is the right of all intelligent people," and fanboys were declaring that it HAD to have been written by a Transformers fan that wrote it and it got modified to people for clarity. Don't know if that counts or not.

 

Not sure if this one counts or not, but there was also a episode of the Simpsons during the opening credits where Homer et al resembled transformers.

in a movie i saw, i can't remember what it was ,but it said no g1 megatron toys on the plane and in weird al yankavicks song "white and nerdy "when he says "action figures i collect them" i saw a transformers figure and i couldn't identifie it

 

Transformers were mentioned in an episode of 2 1/2 men also.

Also, I think there was a Soundwave toy on the mantel in one episode of Everybody Loves Raymond. There were no close-ups but it sure looked like it.
