Dr Doom and the Decepticons? I'm liking this already!

This gets an 11 on a 1-10 scepticism scale.
ohhhhhhhhhh. I can't wait for this! I run a comic book store in Michigan and as an avid Marvel reader I am PUMPED for this. Stuart Moore writes good, straight to the point stories that I don't think will differ much from Furman's writing.
I'm liking the sound of this.
I wonder what would happen if a symbiote bonded to a Transformer? hmm...
Starscream bonded with Venom? Or maybe Starscream's pretender shell? *thinks*
Still.. Dr. Doom getting in on this, and What of the ramifications of the Civil War story? I'm guessing they aren't going to be in effect?
Why do I have a feeling we would end up with Kissplay Legion if that happened?
All in all this sounds interesting, but not big on the comics.
Chronologically, this mini takes place prior to Civil War during the first two New Avengers arcs.
I'm not liking the "Widescreen" format. Instead of being the usual comic, tilt it 90 degrees so it's wider than it is tall.
Otherwise I like Stuart Moore and Kirkham. Definately looking forwad to this unusual crossover.
Looking forward to it.
"Widescreen" is just a comics buzzword. It doesn't mean the format is any different; it's just used to describe comics that are more like big, epic movies. Think of The Authority or The Ultimates.
My god, how many freaking different Spider-Man comics are there?!
I am pumped for this type of crossover!
If the G1 designs are so "dated" then why are they still being drawn in the comics? (dodges the flames!)
Cuz G1 designs freakin' rule!
I did notice that was the Masterpiece Optimus on that cover...
I wonder if Ultron will get on this?
I was thinking the same thing.
tsweet! tottaly getting this!
Bring on X-Men vs. Transformers! Magneto and Megatron? Forget about it. If there's one villain who could hold his own against TF's it's Magneto. And the X-Men are used to fighting 50 foot robots
Not true. The New X-Men 2001 Annual was in Widescreen. Where the book was printed "sideways" to present it in a letterboxed style.
Separate names with a comma.
