Actually, I did change her name. Jackpot is a name already taken by a canon TF so I decided to rename her. Optimax, please don't try to change my character's history for me. I don't even know what made you think it was a good idea to make that presumption in the first place, but don't just spread it around like your word suddenly has more weight than mine.
Okay, so a few of you know that I'm trying to make my own original, non-TF robot world for... something. I don't know how I'll be utilizing them yet, but I love designing characters, and trying to come up with something not tied down to a franchise will hopefully help me develop my own style. But since Royale's my own character, and kind of my mascot by this point, I've sorta de-Transformer'd her so she can be used outside of fanart and stuff. TF Royale is still gonna be appearing occasionally, especially on this site, but on places like Tumblr and stuff she's mostly gonna look like this. Some other differences, if you're curious: -Her luck’s more subconscious and she can’t really control it; she’s just able to calculate odds as they are and use her quick thinking to her advantage. -She’s got new magnetic abilities. They’re not super strong (she can't lift anything her size or larger), but she can use her coins as extra tools/weapons and scale structures without a harness if there’s something metallic for her to grasp. -I doubt this version's going to be a thief; she's so cute and she's decked out in bright, primary colors, so I don't think she's ever fit the image anyway xD
I'm actually glad you think so! When I did the "pie-slice" eyes for my 50's Moonracer a few posts back, I realized I liked them so much that I wanted to put them on other characters. I think my style as a whole is still a little more modern-looking to be truly retro (my robots are significantly lacking in the tube arm department), but that's definitely one of my influences.
