Oh I didn't know they were TRU Exclusive. I had been looking in Wal-mart for them. Thanks!

I've only seen them at Wal-Marts and Targets, Electrostatic Soundwave and Freeway Jazz are not exclusive to anywhere.

That is surprising. At $15 I would buy all they have just for the parts, if nothing else I could change the constipation face on the Takara SW and TC :D . You were getting a good deal at $30 - that's just the difference between a good deal and a ****ing awesome deal. If I didn't already have the Takara version, I would have jumped at SW for $60 and danced all the way to the checkout line. At $20 I couldn't pass up the better wing deco on the US version.

Everyone is getting spoiled by the glut of super cheap Skywarps - it's still a Masterpiece figure that wasn't anywhere close to $60 before, and no one seems to remember all the wailing and crying that went on when most Walmarts didn't stock that many Starscreams at the end of 2008. The 5 walmarts near me got 0 total - I ended up getting a few from the website, which sold out in less than a day.

Odds are great (IMO) that 2011 will be Thundercracker's year, and everyone's going to want Skywarp and Starscream, and a lot of people will wish they had picked up one or two Skywarps even at $30 or $60. Once Grimlock comes out this year, people will miss the dirt cheap SW prices we're seeing now.

Damn. Time to hit up my local Wal-Marts. I still need Sentinel, Blitzwing, and Skywarp.

The remaining Animated TFs I need for $7? Hell yeah!

Although I'll need to be lucky when picking a Wal-Mart, calling ahead is a waste of time.

I couldn't have said it better because I've only been collecting for about a year so I missed the Masterpiece Starscream when he was at Wal-mart and now I'm having a hard time finding him at a decent price. Not cheap because I know he won't be cheap but at a decent price.

It's all about timing. I had my extra MP starsceam on my sales thread for about six months last year and nobody wanted it because they thought $65 shipped was TOO expensive.

My nearest Walmart did have Animated Skywarp and Shockwave on the shelf just sitting there for over a month.

Last Sunday night I stopped by there and both figures were finally gone or maybe they placed the figures in the clearance section. Just like they did the Exclusive ROTF Skywarp and Ramjet.

Damn straight, 20th "dvd" primes were clogging shelves about 3 yrs ago and no one wanted them, they were then sold for as low as $20-$15, now they go for $75+ easy.

Yeah you're right because I just bought 20th Prime and I spent $80 on him which I thought was fairly reasonable since I've seen people wanting between $150 and $200 for him.

    Really?

These are $35 at two local TRU's to me. Maybe I'll scalp them.

He's talking about the Masterpiece. Good luck scalping the TRU pink primes. Although it wouldn't really be scalping.
