hey guys, just letting you know that Cartoon Network is showing TV ads featuring Animated's debut in latin america on june 7. There's no news about it on cartoonnetworkla.com, but i'm sure that there's other latinos out there in this board that won't mind confirming this story :)

    Transformers Animated Brazilian release revealed.

Apparently Cartoon Network is airing commercials announcing the show's premiere on June 7th, 1:30 PM Brazilian time.

    I'm confirming this.

Just saw the ad on Cartoon Network LA.

Premiere is on June 7th at 13:00 (1:00pm). Except in Venezuela, when the premiere will air the same day but at 12:30pm.

BTW, June 7th is a Saturday, so this will probably be part of the same programming block in which Legion of Superheroes, Ben 10 and StormHawks are shown on saturdays. Sadly, this means a weekly schedule instead of a daily one.

I remember being exposed to TFs in Mexico for the first time. It will be interesting to see them in Spanish again.

I was about to say the same.

    Cartoon Network LA = Spanish.
    Cartoon Network Brazil = Portuguese.

In fact, I'm surprised both CN Brazil and CNLA will have the premiere on the same day.

The ad is showing in Mexico too (its cartoon network la, duh). The premiere will be on June 7th at 13:00. Finally. And it doesn't bother me that the show is on the saturday block 'cause I know it will be moved to the daily programming when some episodes have aired.

    Well, that's what I said. :p

The only reason the premiere isn't here at 13:00 is because Venezuela is the only country in the western hemisphere with crazy time (GMT-430).

So, I watched TFA in latinamerican spanish today.

They aired the whole Transform and Roll Out movie, which was surprising. I expected them to split it into a three parter.

A thing I liked was that they translated "Transform and Roll Out" the same way it was done back in the 80s ("Autobots. Transformence y avancen!")

But man ... there were some horrid voices. Starscream, Bulkhead and Ratchet were horrible.

It could be nostalgia, but I don't remember anything that horrible from either G1 or Beast Wars' dub from back in the day.
