Good news to Brazil but is a pitty that TV Globo takes the series... They don´t respect the episodes sequence, they cut episodes and end the transmission without warning. Globo equals CRAP.

Sure does. Especially when they buy series rights and lock it up so that no other network will broadcast it. One thing I hope is that when they say Globo they mean the Globo Group. It could still be available for other networks, for the right price.

This is a "Good Thing" (TM)

With TF the movie and now Animated, both designed to appeal to a specific demographic, they are growing the franchise. Even if you hated the movie and hate Animated, this means the franchise is growing and there is more "room" for other aspects of the franchise like comics and classics and Universe and such.

This is a really cool day in TF history. Let's hope this is is a trend and Transformers stay in kiddies faces for another 20 years.

A-yup... Singapore started showing it last Saturday, and it now airs every Sat morning at... hehe... 9am.

Better than nothing I guess, and I figure its a good thing my usual wake-up time is around 8. (Then again, I've already completed season 1 via Dark Prime's torrents, but a second time round wont hurt).

    I just want 2 things:

    1. NEVER EVER do Transformers in this style again!
    2. Make as big a deal over all future TF series as they are over Animated.

Like you said, the publicity is good between Animated & the movie but I just hope they get rid of Cartoon Network. If they're gonna keep using Cartoon Network for future TF series I'm gonna be sick. I despise Cartoon Network! They're beating the Batman The Animated Series style into the ground. They've been doing that style for over a decade, it's time for a change. It's old & stale with green fuzzies all over it. And if they continue to make TF series you can almost be sure the next series will look like Ed,Edd & Eddy.

Cartoon Network must be stopped! No matter the cost.

Yay! This is extremely good news for me, seeing as I wasn't sure if I would ever get to see this series.

The series *IS* popular *BECAUSE* of the animation appealing to the target market. If this was cellshading, it would not be doing well and not be successful.
They are making a big deal because it is successful, not because they arbitrarily are wanting to make this a big deal. Future series have to be successful to warrant the media airtime and success in exposure. Animated is going to 80 countries *BECAUSE* it is successful, not because Hasbro simply wants to promote it. And it is successful *BECAUSE* the animation and the show style appeals tot he target audience.

Simply put, You will never get your wants because your wants are unreasonable. And with the success of Animated, expect to see this style for many years to come. It is called American Animation.

But be glad Animated has made room for Classics 2.0. If the show had a realistic car line for the main franchise, then classics would have been as dead as Titaniums and Alternators. Classics only got second life to keep realistic alt modes on the shelves until TF 2.
