out of the trilogy what has been the most impactful moment and how did it affect you
It really got me back into the saga. I believe the was show I seen was Transformers Cybertron and the movies kept me going with the series (plus I keep seeing bumblebee cameros everywhere)
The moment that had the most impact for me was the moment when they made it clear that human weapons could take out TFs. That pretty much ensured my overall dislike for the Movie-verse.
I'l decide after watching DOTM.
It's caused my to spend hundreds of pounds...
i know this is weird in all but i cried when primed died in rotf
Up until now...
The Autobots arrival in the first movie. It was amazing to see Prime on the big screen for the first time.
when bb was like i wanna stay with the boy in the first and when sideswipe killed sideways and jetfire gave his life to save the earth
When John Turturro wore a S7 thong. It disturbed me.
agreed but somehow i still laugh at toilet humor like that
Nostalgia, is all really with the whole series.
It is however, the pinnacle of visual mastery at present, which coupled with childhood memories brings a genuinely exciting movie experience.
Except Scorponok, i had the big pink & green toy behemoth as a youngster, so was a little disappointed in his current state.
Here's my view on the upcoming Dark of the Moon, in reply to Primewave's question: "Do you think DOTM will be upstaged in a few weeks time?"
The trilogy got me back into Transformers. I stopped watching and collecting after Cybertron. Then, I saw the transformers live action film teaser trailer. I've been the biggest transformers fan than I have ever been since that moment
i got back into collecting as soon as i bought leader prime in rotf
The first time I saw the CGI and Optimus' transformation, I was blown away.
Since then I've been challenged and have enjoyed the complexity of the robots and I love how it has pushed hollywood/filming to a whole new level.
Also, it the films brought me back to TF as a franchise and gotten be back drawing.
The first time we saw Prime's first transformation in the alley scene in TF1.
I was floored, because that was also the first time we saw the new transformation style.
Autobots arriving to Earth.
Pure. Awesomeness! I simply love the meteors falling into earth, the song at the background [best Autobot theme song ever, hands down] and all the beauty of the scene.
When someone says "Transformers is only about explosions" I immediately remember that scene [and the Autobots at the rooftop] as proofs that it ISN'T about explosions.
When the Autobots all met near the dam in the first movie. Very heartfelt scene.
after I watched the first movie's theatrical trailer I started watching G1. Now I'm a TF nerd.
Everything in the film involving some kind of transformer from Bumblebee's capture to everyone pissed at Galloway
On a serious and personal note When Optimus gave the speech about n losing old allies and gaining new ones. That's how I've been with friends, some moving away, some going to other schools next fall and making new ones last year
