Smart move by that theater. I'd love to see it on the big screen, but unfortunately I'm not going to get to go to Botcon.

Dan Gilvezan, Paul Eiding and Gregg Berger.

Are apparently going to sit down and watch the old The Transformers the Movie with the fans and then talk about it.

That's Awesome. As if it was'nt cool enough just to watch the 1986 movie in a theater.
It helps that all three of these guys tend to be really relaxed with handling the fandom.

Just so you know, according to google maps the theater is a 33 minute drive (1 hours 40 in traffic) from botcon. So don't buy tickets unless you can secure transportation if you're from out of town.

It's out of my way (Heading to Orange County after the show) but worth it. Already bought tickets for my Daughter and Myself.

As a Pasadena resident, I would probably give myself an hour to make that trip on a Sunday night. I've never been to the theater, but parking in Santa Monica is usually pretty easy.

Good thing no one's already made travel plans :x

Would've loved to go, but not worth rebooking a flight/shuttle/etc.

Sounds like fun, especially for those who've never seen the movie on a big theatre screen!

This is a great idea. They should do this but around the world like Tommy Wiseau does with the Room.
