Well, in that spirit I'll take this seriously for a minute. Not all of it - Circuit Breaker simply isn't coming back as she's Marvel's trademark (which they've done OH SO MUCH WITH over the decades) - but the matter of Unicron.

I seriously hope Unicron isn't in any live-action Transformers movie; Not just because I think the big orange bastard is massively overexposed, but because planet-sized enemies simply do not translate well to live action. Does anyone remember Rise of the Silver Surfer? Does anyone want to remember it? My point entirely.

Now, Prime's Unicron is far more workable, but only because it outright replaces a defining element of the character. Without being planet (or moon, on occasion) sized, Unicron is just another guy or army of guys who want to destroy the world. Big whoop.

Not to mention that unless they retcon the part in DotM where Cybertron got torn inside out, Unicron's main purpose as a Transformers antagonist is gone, reducing him to Galactus: Orange Edition.

 

At least the way of bringing back Megatron sounds interesting. . .. . .

 

Is anyone else confused on why Dinobots appear put of know where? Are they the Dinobots? Are they like drones that turn into dinosaurs?

 

Unicron + Primus + Dinobots + Circuit Breaker = faaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaake.

 

What they are is errant spooge that leaked onto the keyboard.

I'd say its a fake if the script sounds good.
If it sounds bad, then it belongs to Michael Bay.

 

That would be pithy if the joke hadn't been made already.

It's also inaccurate. Bay deals in specific kinds of bad.

 

I really like how they propose to deal with the megatron/herald of the chaos bringer.

 

Dinobots and Unicron are two things that Bay said he would never use, so my opinion is that this is BS. I do like the "downloading the memories" part though, at least it isn't a straight up resurrection.

 

I don't care how odd this script sounds, I hope its real, but REALLY doubt it. (cue the hair metal music, and Stan Bush, and I will forgive Bay forever for the first three)

 

it better be fake. Galvatron cant/shouldn't exist before Megatron.

lolololololol. Good read, good read. Though I do like the Galvatron idea..starting out as a separate entity that has nothing to do with Megatron, then shortly after get possessed in some way by him. But as said by someone else, it would make absolutely no sense for there to be ANY presence of the bodies from DOTM. They knew the ocean thing didnt go so well, so why keep them again?

Then again to be fair...I will certainly not say that the government is a smart one  

 

Yeah, when I saw Circuit Breaker, I knew this was faaaaaaaake.

 

Yeah, if Marvel didn't let IDW use her... they are not gonna bend over for Bay. (Unless... Disney does buy Hasbro).

Still, if she IS in the movie, I demand that Jeri Ryan play her.  

Note how Unicron is another disappointing baddie in the movie, much like every other TF villain in Bay movies. He never even gets to transform before being killed...

Still, what makes me think this is not real is that it barely mentions the humans, or Wahlberg... and we know Bayformers is all about humans.

 

Quick question... Bay could put in Circuit Breaker as long as she names her something else, no? I dunno how copyrights work, but well... Deathpool started out as a Deathstrok ripoff, complete with matching uniforms.

 

Oh come on, guys. This is totally legit. I mean, duh, Circuit Breaker is in it. It's definitely the real deal.
