    CYCLONUS (The Air Warrior Targetmaster)

    1986 toy problem/issue:
(So cool in the movie, not so much as a toy)

One of my most favorite Decepticons from the Transformers original animated film from 1986. Then converted to one of my favorite transformers lines TARGETMASTERs in the animated 80’s series, I knew I had to recreate this character in a way that really brought out the essence of the character known as Cyclonus. And this is what I came up with. So what I did was make a custom that didn’t move away from the original but mirrored the original at a larger scale with a lot more modern technology. Pretty much my main goal was to create a g1 figure that was more g1 than the original, 80’s style, with 2011 technology, and better proportions. And here he is my custom Classics Cyclonus 2.0.

    Special Features:
    - Transforms from futuristic stealth jet to robot,
    - Painted in classic generation 1 colors and painted using only the best and most durable enamels
    - Great articulation, articulated wings, arms, and legs. Has 360 degree rotation as well as 90 degree ratcheting joints in knees and arms.

    Check out the Video here:

How does he scale with your other '86 tribute figures?

Yup, with a bit of Vector Prime for 80's Retro Furure Spaceship Flavor.

I like this one, but it's going to be HUGE, which I know tends to be one of MF's goals, but puts it out of sync with my collecting parameters. Good luck to whoever decides to go for it though!

Nice. Interesting use of parts here.

I really like the long, extended nose section of the jet mode. Looks really styling. :thumb
