    anyone bought from transformerland.com ? are they reliable?

    Yeah, if you need more pics or ask any questions it sometimes takes a day or two for them to get back but besides that they've been alright by me.

    Usually nice people, but they've always mixed up one or two things in my orders. They're quick to adjust any errors though.

    I bought a C9 Sinnertwin form them to re-complete my Abominus. Asked a question about another item, but didn't get a response. *shrug*

    Good guy, runs it by himself. I never had an issue and used him often in the past.

    Happened to me with a TF G1 case. Ordered a new looking, they sent me a crusty one.

    Emailed them and was like "hey man..." and they sent me a shiny one and said to go ahead and keep the crusty one


    Everyone makes mistakes, but they're good at correcting them.
    Or He, did'nt know it was a solo biz
