Have there been any models of tombs for Transformers?
I was watching a few episodes of G1 Transformers and noticed several times they show a tomb for a fallen Autobot or Decepticon. I was just wondering if there's been any made in scale to the toys? If not, would they be popular for collectors?
I often thought about just taking a figure and painting primer of the entire figure to look like it was his tomb or something. Just a thought, what do you think?

I thought this would be a thread about getting buried with your transformers.

... I came in with a reply ready and all.

Not me! What I mean is, just something to add to the Transformers collection kind of like how we have Starscreams ghost. Well, why not a model of his tomb?

We need a Decepticon crypt for Starscream's Ghost to haunt around.

Maybe I should just a get a figure I don't care about, spray-paint the entire thing primer-gray and see how he look's.

I think outside of an art or diorama contest a tomb "playset" would be interesting for about five minutes and then get boring really quick.

    Yeah, there are.

Do you have a yard? Just go bury one. Or maybe stick Jetfire in your freezer.

Why would I want to bury a Transformer? That's not my idea here. And no, I'm not going to stick Jetfire in a freezer! LOL!
It's just that, we have Starscreams Ghost, so................................

Along those lines I remember seeing a G1 Prime's Death diorama at a Botcon. Looked neat but not a whole lot of play value. :lol

Dead Transformers were kept in a mausoleum type structure. You could build a large tomb play set if you had the desire to.

I'm just playing around.. although, freezing Jetfire is probably the most appropriate way to tomb his old ass.

I'm not looking for a diorama or a play set. Just a piece to add to my collection.
By the way, I wonder what Jetfire would look like if kept in the freezer for a month. Not that I want to try it, but just wondering.

In the crypt, I think there were just grey statues of fallen autobots and decepticons, Prime was the only one who had an actual casket. Some of the statues and busts could be used as a crypt of falen TF's..

If that's all you're really looking for you can just track down a bunch of the pewter-colored PVCs that were released a few years ago.

Didn't think about that. But aren't they pretty small?
