My initial inspiration for this project was the classic cover to Marvel's Transformers #3:

I plan to have more in the series, the possibilities really are endless. I started with this one, as it was basically the easiest one to pull off. My personal favorite is pic #3. Megatron just has this look on his face like "...you're really starting to piss me off, you little bug...", lol.

    Enjoy!

Funny, I have a print out of this cover in my cubicle at work. Nice to know I'm not the only one who dug it.

Great job on the knots, BTW. :thumb

Hey, not to hijack your thread, but I've done this too. However, the only camera I had to deal with is the one on my laptop:

I'm glad I'm not the only one who thought of this. :D

Can't wait to see more from your series. Crossovers like this are highly underrated.

This is a really fun piece, man. :)  Fishing line is very helpful for TFs, displays, and dioramas :)

A few years ago, I illustrated this piece for the CybCon; thought you'd get a kick out of it:

Nice work! Kinda has a McFarlane look to it.

The next piece I do will be another play off of a famous comic cover. Anybody remember this one? :D

The fishing nylon wire needs more detailing.
