I kinda wish the lifting arms were a bit smaller/thinner.
    Otherwise I like them.

Do you take the hooks off of tow trucks? The ladders off of fire engines? The shovels off of bulldozers?

If they look bad in bot mode, sure. :)  (as a side note, the ladder on RID Prime is what kept me from loving that toy. No good way to remove it though.)

I think cars look better without wheels.

Am I correct in thinking this is the first TF garbage truck? If so, yay for new alt modes!

Although I understand that the TFA style is a lot more "minimalist", the absence of any significant mold details in these larger size figures continues to be a turnoff for me. The TFA toys I've handled have been exceptionally well-engineered, but I feel they have an "upscaled legends class" look to them. Our friends from Reprolabels may be able to address that with one of their upgrade sets, though.

I do really like the look of the arm weapons in bot mode, and although there is a lot of back kibble, it's relatively well-hidden and doesn't seem to inhibit the shoulder or hip/leg articulation... definitely a plus.

Jets without wings look even cooler (just like a horizontal rocket!).
Helicopters without blades are my favorite though.

Yeah, he was the only transforming garbage truck I could think of, but as far as Transformers proper, he's the first, to the best of my knowledge.

    WOW what a figure.

I think the lifters are not fully transformed in Robot mode. I could be wrong but they look like you have flip them right back flush with the trailer.

Even if you can't, extra kibble and all, this is a must have.

    Thanx
