Got this information from my TRU insider (no names will be mentioned). Please note these prices are in Canadian but are the same as our usual prices so don't expect the US prices to go up.

    Transformers MV3 Activators ass.---$9.99
    Transformers MV3 Cybertech DLX-----$16.99
    Transformers MV3 Cybertech Lead----$59.99
    Transformers MV3 Cybertech voy-----$29.99
    Transformers MV3 Cyberverse basic--$5.99
    Transformers MV3 Cyberverse plus---$9.99
    Transformers MV3 GO BOTS ass.------$12.99
    Transformers MV3 Revving robots----$24.99

Basic = Same price as Legends class so probably what it will be renamed, Plus = must be the new name for basics. Also notice the deluxe - leader class is called cybertech while basic and plus is cyberverse.

Wow, that's cool news. But look at those prices! $16.99 for a Deluxe!? I hate inflation. Maybe there's some added play features or something. :/

The prices are not going up, they are from the Canadian TRU computers so are priced in Canadian $$. It's still $12.99 or whatever it was for a Deluxe, never fear.

I love how people clearly paid attention to the part that says these are Canadian prices. :lol

Interesting changes to the size classes there, it's been a while since they've been tweaked (Cybertron?).

    Edit: Double-ninja'd. ;)

I was going to freak out about the prices until I actually read your post :lol

Interesting info. I can't wait to see the first prototypes of new toys.

Assuming I'm guessing right, is "Legend" class becoming "Basic" and "Scout" becoming "Plus"?

Yes, Cybertron was the last time most of the classes got renamed. Though Classics renamed "Legends of Cybertron" down to "Legends". Since then it's been more or less the same, just with some sidelines added.

At any rate - GO BOTS! The assortment is to awesome for lower case! Probably a return of Fast Action Battlers, given how the name is associated with simpler Transformers.

Do you think Hasbro are just rubbing it in by applying the GO BOTS name to more "entry-level" TFs over the years? :lol

Quick, somebody: bold, italics, underline, increase to size 7, and change it to red text that the sentence that says Canadian TRU pricepoints. That's the only way to stop the people from thinking American pricepoints are getting jacked up :lol . That being said, good to see the line is keeping the standard spread.

I think Bandai should just buy back GO-BOTS and actually MAKE GO-BOTS.

Oy....Simon can we bold and italicize that CDN prices portion? The over reactions thus far are hurting my head.

    :p

The Movie isn't even done filming and I honestly don't think I will be getting anything from it toy wise. Even with the set photos nothing has made me go I want that NOW. I know that it's the bread and butter of the franchise right now and I am not griping at all. But man.....I am burnt out on the movie stuff even as cool as some of them are. It's been a constant for 4 years now.

Here's to hoping that they pepper the line with some figures that are intentional Classics incarnations under the movie moniker and some that weren't intended but still work.

And yes yes yes I know these are for kids and blah blah blahblahblah. I know what Hasbro's general target audience is and the fact that they don't owe me a thing.

Hate the rope-a-dope in me is what I guess I am trying to say. :lol

But who knows maybe some ridiculous BAY-Filming and bay-plosions will sway me.

EDIT: I sound as if I wasn't expecting TF3 toys to be made. :p

even if those prices were USD you have nothing to moan about.
Wait till your average deluxe price goes over $20 then you can start moaning...thats the average UK price

When and If Obama manages to pressure China to increase the currency value of Yen or weaker USD, surely the toys will be more expensive in the near future....
