I've always been a fan of HFTD Tomahawk. I really like the way that his hands and feet transform, and the head reveal is pretty nice as well. I also appreciate transformations that I can visualize happening, and it's quite easy to visualize Tomahawk transitioning from hover to gerwalk to robot.

HFTD Tomahawk: just a great transformation, not hard yet not too easy, and quite creative.

Animated Blurr: Crazy awesome transformation. You don't have to force anything and everything holds together nicely.

Leader Starscream: this figure has the perfect balance of fun and complex. He's one of the few Leader figures that's always fun to transform back and forth.

ROTF Mixmaster: I'm not kidding! I love transforming this figure. It's complex, but if you follow a certain order everything goes easily in place. You never have to apply any force and all its parts peg in nice and clean.

Human Alliance Soundwave: I know, I know, I can't stop babbling about this figure, but I just love him. He is a blast to transform, and for a fairly complex figure, you'd be surprised at how neatly everything holds together with no gaps or force needed. Truly a great transformation scheme.

I always found DOTM Starscream's Cyberverse set to be quite fun to transform absentmindedly whilst doing desk work. Same with Movie Dreadwing.

Animated Blackout is very fun - and so characterful! Only wish I could say the same for his movie counterpart...:redface2:

DOTM Deluxe Bumblebee may have pretty much the same transformation everyone's used to and just about sick of, but he's actually more fun than the more gimmicky Battle Blade 'Bee.

And while I enjoy most of the TFC Hercules boys' transformations, (Neckbreaker is slightly more frustrating) I'm enamored with just how satisfyingly clever Mad Blender's legs convert.

I'll also echo peoples praises of Generations Warpath. Ka-POW!

Alternity Convoy is so awesome to transform. It feels like a work of art from start to finish.

TFTM Armorhide/DOTM Comettor mold. It's right up there with ROTF Optimus and DOTM Shockwave for great transformations.

Seconded. It may be a tad on the difficult side, but holy HELL is it accurate!

RTS Jazz was very satisfying. Surprised me even more when I got Stepper in. Just looks great and transformation was cool.
