toyz and gamez

    Hey I am wondering if anyone can help me. about 2 weeks or a week and a half before christmas I ordered a dark crumple zone and a down shift (both cybertron). After about a week they sent me an email telling me they split my order and sent me downshift. I got it and all in timefor christmas.

    All this time later and still nothing about my dark crumplezone. I have used the contact form on their site, and as usual they have not responded. As with in the past I have contacted them asking a question about a product and they never answer.

    It could be possible since they split the order and iddnt assign another order number to my second item that they have...forgotten about the rest of the order. Now seeing as it is impossible to contact them, does anyone know what I should do?

    Do any of you work for them, or know anyone that does that can get my order moving? or since I used paypal, should I try and reverse charge or something to get them to notice?

    I really want my item, and do not want to loose money espeshally at this time. And I would hate this turning sour, as they are usually are a good store, and would like to continue buying stuff there. If it doesnt go right I would not buy another item from them again :<

    Hi most people won't be able to help you here as this is mainly a US and canada site

    however in my breif transaction with them i found they were helpful and did reply to emails, so make sure your sending them to the right address on the site

    I was using the form on their site, as there is no direct email address.

    Some sites split an order and cancel one of them from unavalability. Maybe that's what they did and they're awaiting their next shipments so they can get it too you.

    Just keep contacting them, you'll get through eventually. Or they know your package will be there in the next few days and want you to feel dumb for sending so many emails lol

    Do 'Toyz and Gamez' import, if they dont, that might be a reason why Dark Crumplezone hasnt been sent, he's not out in the UK, or on Hasbros list (so far) to throw out in the next months.

    Did you try ringing them?

    After hearing positive comments about Toyz and Gamez I ordered from them but found them very much lacking when it came to answering messages, i got tired of chasing after them and told them to cancel the order.


    A month later they went ahead and tried to bill my card - thankfully it bounced because it was full at the time. After that, they sent me several emails in one week That was the only time i ever got any email from them.


    If i were you, i'd cut my losses and get Dark Crumplezone on eBay. You'll probably end up paying less for it too.


    You could maybe ask around at thetf.net - that site is much more U.K. oriented.

    I've never had any problems with them, but then, I've only dealt with them through Ebay and Amazon. Actually, one time they sent me the wrong thing, I got in touch and it was all resolved within the week so I'm not sure what's up.

    I've ordered from them several times with no problems - I'd recomend you phone them up as I have in the past and they were very helpful. My guess is your crumplezone just isn't in stock yet but give them a ring to check.

    01603 660092 just give them a call, the guys in the shop are usually really good if you talk to them direct, but it is unusual for them to split an order if its only a couple of things, ive got a classics jetfire and night rescue team on preorder with them, ive been told that the jetfire is in stock and their just waiting on the minicons, they wont send half an order unless your willing to pay the extra postage.

    ...which makes me wonder if there's still a Dark Crumplezone on order.

    It said it was in stock, so I do not understand it. Thanks for the phone number, I'll phone tomorrow.

    Edit: i'll wait til the end of the week, no time to do it cause i'm buisy during the day Sigh :/
