I Have the green Hook and Scrapper and I love them , my only issue is I cant find Bonecrusher and Scavenger in green anywhere for sale

 

Which set is recommended for buying Constructor? The first version, or the C07 version? I kind of want the C07 one.

 

Messing with Bulldozer last night. Why does he have hinged panels on his forearms? What am I missing here? They don't do anything but rotate open, and I don't see a use for them in vehicle, robot, or arm mode.

 

I like Hercules, but could live without him. You're right, though (hyperbole aside) he's not really worth unloading. Pretty much the same deal with Maketoys...only difference is Giant was cheaper initially, but both sell for about the same now. For the hundo and change you'd walk with after shipping and fees, though, it just feels crappy to bother parting with either. You kinda need to value the space more than the money to find value in unloading them at this point...

 

i have the exact same isue, but im not gonna bother, maybe save something to fit better i dont know,athat and some super tight tolerances ruined the experience for me, he grows on me but theres no hype.

 

Sounds like the new boxed set dropping shortly is the way to go.

Would it be at all helpful to post a QC Poll at the top of 3P threads? I see a lot of posts asking about everyone's experience. I suspect that people having QC problems are (understandably) upset and very vocal. While those who aren't are not. Would you all fill out a poll at the top of a thread if you knew it was there? Check some quick boxes like:

1. No problems
2. Plastic stresses/breaks under normal movement
3. Poorly assembled
4. Missing parts/pieces
   
5. Longer-than-expected shipping

Etc. Just an idea to give a more comperehensive account and better set expectations. Maybe it would just invite abuse...

 

Ok. Also, is the Q.C. good?

 

The quality is pretty good. The quality control could be better. I would make sure to order from a place with reliable service should you need something replaced. That's not to say the place you're inquiring about doesn't offer that. I've heard good things about them, but I've never ordered from them, much less needed support for a product. Just about everywhere is a good retailer, though, when everything goes well. It's how they handle issues that set them apart. Again, not saying anything either way about this place in particular.

 

Is there a way to get the original and the g1 head with the c07 version?

Jump on it...I'm not sure if it will be the last re-issue or not, but the price is right and worth checking out this vendor. I do wonder though, now that Toyworld doesn't really have anything left with Zeta taking their combiners and running, if Toyworld will just keep milking this as much as possible.

 

If he sells through all his stock, what's the recourse for getting replacement parts? Do you know?
