I'm almost positive they are ones from GCI Toys / Dr. Killinger. He's a local guy for me (Houston) and threw in some logos with a purchase I made.

I personally love Reprolabels, but their smaller Decepticon symbols are cut straight across at the top and these actually cut around the crown :)

    Hey all.......

I am somewhat new to the MP Transformers game, I've been collecting for about a year now.

Where would you suggest that I purchase this set from? I definitely like the complete set with the green thighs.

    Thanks for your help.

Yeah, the small 'Con reprolabels suck for exactly that reason. I typically use dry rubs now but have carefully cut the outline of the crown out when I used a reprolabel.

Might try TFS. They are pretty reliable and are a sponsor of the forum. I got mine there. Some advice. If you do order it from them or some other US retailer be sure to inspect it carefully for all parts and transformation issues if any whatsoever. You have a 30 day window to report problems and after that it’s on your dime.

Finding the the G1 v2 green gift set is really difficult. I don't know any US retailers with it in stock right now. TCP has has pushed the re-release back since August. I managed to hop on one when Agabyss got a few sets in a few weeks ago. If you find a set in stock, jump on it because it will sell out quick.

The smartassed answer would be, "in the appropriately sized and colored screw holes".

Which... is kinda a non smartassed answer too.

But I don't know that anyone has bothered with a guide. Not certain many bother to install them, honestly.

I've never felt the need to install them, don't plan to either. Nice to include and one of those extras to separate themselves from others. It's these extras and foam packaging etc which may've got Toyworld into the position they are in now e.g. not (able to?) paying contractors, designers, providers

So I'm watching a video and transforming Bulldozer but I cannot get the 2 grey tabs that hold the legs to the body together to actually snap in. I can get them to almost tab but as soon as I do it just pops apart.

I'm guessing I did something wrong or did others have this issue and I may need to shave the inside of the tab?

i was fully expecting the smartassed answer :)  but yeah i was wondering if there were any specific holes they were designed for. i started putting them in and some how ended up transforming them all into bot mode. now they're on my shelves in bot mode and they look really good. kind of wish i had two of each so i could have combined and bot mode (and then i'd want another set for alt mode because they're perfect in alt mode)

So my yellow set from TFSource had a few issues but the major being:
    • The Allocater (TW-C048) figure came with a broken right hip out the box.
    • My figures have terrible tolerance issues around the hip and upper thigh areas. They are so tight around these areas that I can't even move or turn the joints. Did anyone else experience this?
    • Also, this set is very squeaky. Is this a soon to be QC issue I need to be aware of?
Contacted TFSource about the broken hip on Allocator so hoping they can remedy this for me.

They should be able to assist you with this as long as it's within their 30 day policy. How long it will take for them to remedy the situation is the unknown and will surely depend on how readily TW has parts for replacement. Good luck man:rock

Good luck! I had two Allocators with broken right hips. Trying to get TFsource to get me one that isn't broken.

So according to Facebook, TF source has the V2 kit back in stock! Hopefully TCP will get theirs in soon!

Crazy that people keep reporting this on the yellow allocator. Mines had the exact same issue. The plastic is complete shit in that leg joint and crumbles with any bit of force applied. I sent my original back and waiting for a replacement.
