Not sure if this topic already exists, but what are some of your TF toys which you transformed once and probably never want to transform again due to almost sheer impossibility?

    I'll start:

MP Megatron - maybe not THAT tough, but rather unenjoyable to do. Try it once or twice, then striaght to the Display case. :)

Hmmm. Never want to transform again? Let's see, all my Alternators and Masterpieces. I can cope with eveything else. What makes it so bad is that when you want to change your set-up around, you have so many to transform it's time consuming.

Actually, I found TFU Galvatron overly complicated to transform. I think I'm going to leave him in his alt. mode for awhile.

Any Alternators Mustang. That Wheeljack gave me such a headache. Movie Leader Megatron, while certainly not that hard, was just unsatisfying to transform.

believe it or not, movie deluxe bumblebee is one that i just leave in robot mode on display...
BB's 'auto morph' chest is very hard to transform back into a car, and i often find myself holding the chest and the legs in two separate parts :D  i dont know any masterpiece figures, so i cant comment on those..the rest of the movie/animated/classics lines are pretty alright to transform...im sure MP megs is hard, transforming henkei megs to alt mode is pretty messy enough lol

    Alternators were a pain.
Most of them have never seen alt mode again.
Movie figures were just as bad.
I've had problems, and i've talked to parents who've had similar nightmares.
The designers sometimes overthink the transformation.
    Sometimes simpler is better.
    Too much 'automorphing'.

Masterpiece Megatron. I'm terrified of transforming him again, because I've heard horror stories of people breaking him. He's happily sitting in gun mode with his accessories right now...

The Mustang Alts... I make sure I put them back in car mode when I'm done so I won't forget how to get them BACK to car mode.

Oh, and little Dinobot... Slapper? Jesus Christ on a bike, I hate transforming him into dino mode. I can never get the arms inside his shell right.

Universe Galvatron isn't hard now that I've done it a few times. However, I STILL can't get him to stand up in robot mode. Is there a trick to it?

Most of the Movie toys. They look like they want to kill me, so I keep them in their alt modes so I don't get scared.

Alt Prowl, Because his damn doors! and Titanium Cheetor, although he is forever stuck in beast mode anyway.

Leader class Animated Megatron because the black paint on his legs scratches off during transformation. HARUMPH. :mad  At least he can hide the scratches, anyways.

Other than that, um, probably RID Omega Prime. No. Just... no. I don't want to think about it.

Hmmm, 20th Prime - though I won't transform him often - guess I done it not more than 5 or 7 times since I bought him. He's just a display figure...

There really aren't any Transformers that I find too complex to transform again. Even Alt Wheeljack - with his doors that pop off any time I touch him - still gets transformed a few times.

The only TF I can think of that I never, ever transform is Movie Scorponok. Because why bother?

Movie Leader Megatron gave me fits, especially tucking the legs up under the wings. The instructions were less than helpful. I remember sitting there, cursing Hasbro, cheesed off 'cause I never really wanted to buy any of the Leader Class figures, but the Voyager Megatron was just so awful with all that sculpted ice.

It used to be MP-5 Megs but since i've make it a point to transform him at least once a mth, now i'm getting the hang of it. no more fears.

    Fiddly....
I echo the alternators and MP Megs sentiments.

To be different I'll also throw out Cybertron tank Unicron and Animated Deluxe Bumblebee.
