Artfire WILL eventually get done, Aaron Archer has been trying for years, it is bound to happen

Fort Max will never be reissue cause of cost

More because it faled the drop est, but I'm sure it's not that cost effective either.

If Fort Max couldnt get a rerelease for Robots in Disguise (due to safety issues) i agree, I highly doubt it will be released now.

Id love to know where you got this information from. Liokaiser I can't see being done due to the missing molds but as for the rest you just can't say they won't be done. They reissued starconvoy, skylynx and omega supreme and they are "large" figures.

I'd rather see new Universe styled molds for all those Japanese TFs anyway.

Who wouldn't want a Voyager or Leader class Victory Leo or Dai Atlas?

Or better yet--a new G1-esque Shockwave mold?

anything can happen. You can't close the door on any transformer. Well... except jetfire but hasn't that mold been reused already, not as a Transformer of course.

    Supreme sized Cheetor
Many of the scout or basic sized Beast Wars figures. (Molds were lost or damaged)
The RID Car Brothers (molds have deteriorated too much)
Probably all of the Alternators/binaltech (too costly to produce)
    The Shoeformers

I would think "due to the characters being too obscure to support a reissue" would also be another big reason. The Star Convoy reissue, an obscure Japan-only character, took forever to sell out and was put on heavy clearance before it went anywhere.

I think Shockwave and Jetfire are the only G1 figures that are absolutely never going to be reissued, barring a weird merger or something that gives TakaraTomy the molds. Speculation on anything else is mostly just conjecture.

ok i, take it back anything" is possible" but it seems to me, most these G1 reissues were for american collectors probably why Takara has focused so much on the american, releases vs there own japanese exclusive releases with the exception of star convoy soundblaster. its too bad star saber black zarak dai atlas an even leokaiser werent made larger takara was probably afraid a cost those toys" are all so big an heavy as it is it would had been pretty cool if we had a 18inch star saber 18inch black zarak 18inch leokaiser 18inch dai atlas, but cost is cost i think alot of us do like the older toys for the most part.

G1 molds known to be broken
    The Dinobots
    Mirage
    Wheeljack
    Sunstreaker

G1 molds owned by other companies
    Shockwave
    Jetfire
    4 deluxe insecticons
2 deluxe autobots (whirl and roadbuster)

    Beast Wars
    Most of the early scouts

    RID
Car brothers (mold said to be deteriorated, plus Viper licensing issues)

    Armada
Most of the minicons, if memory serves

    Alternators
All of 'em (Surely most/all of the licensing agreements have expired)

Any movie toys once they're done making movies
(HasTom shares profits with paramount and they're unlikely to release any movies toys outside of the movie lines...)

AND just because a toy is big doesn't mean it won't be reissued. Fort Max failed the drop test for a US release, but it was still released circa RID in japan. It's unlikely to be reissued anytime soon due to cost, but never say never...
