This is actually the 3rd such sale in the past two months.

 

Being it says "ALL Transformer Products" and MMs are TFs...I'd be inclined to say yes.

 

DAMMIT! Just bought the Metallikato and Nemesis sets last week. ARG!

 

Bring your receipt, they should honor the discount.

 

The last time I tried to buy crossovers at a sale like this, they didn't apply. I don't think its as certain as you'd think, but I hope you're right.

Not very useful if it does'nt stack. Doubt I'd find a Animated Arcee on a sale weekend. That would be hilarious.

 

It stacks. The last time they has this sale I bought four animated and got two for 50% off.

And yes, you can bring the receipt back. I had actually bought three arcess the day before. I brought the receipt back, grabbed a ratchet to make it my fourth and they applied it. They actually do a return and rebuy to get the sale to work but they can do it with just the receipt.

 

Do you get the feeling they're trying to get rid of their Gathering at the Nemesis/Back Road Brawl/Shanghai Showdown/whatever other overpriced exclusives they've got? And still nobody's interested?

I just got back from my local TRU. Their ROTF Deluxe selection was POOR, as usual. Gears and Tuner Mudflap was all I saw. And of course no Animated Arcee & Ratchet. They did have more stuff in stock than the last time they did this sale, though, and I picked up ROTF Bludgeon and Animated Wreck-Gar. Let me tell you, it's hard paying $22.99 for an Animated Voyager after paying $13 on clearance at Wal-Mart, even when it means getting a ROTF Voyager for $10.

 

I too got the Easter sale one but not this one. My two local TRU's are pretty much stripped of all the good stuff as well. I got the Gathering and Back Road sets last week.

 

Midweek during that last sale on ROTF deluxes, one TRU in my area only had Tuner Mudflap and (non-Tuner) Mudflap.

More on topic, I'm trying to decide if I like exclusive Geeoneish Hoist and Bludgeon enough to get exclusive hardly-looks-like-Whirl and Joker-Grin-Mixmaster. Paying $52.50 for two deluxes is better than $70, but it's still steep....
