Nemesis Prime makes business sense because it is a straight repaint of OP but I was looking forward to Megs as the second release from TA. So I am not going to buy Nemesis until Megs is released. The ONLY reason I bought the TA version of OP is because I wanted a 18 inch Megs!

Maybe they ran into a problem with Megatron. And figured to release Nemisis first until they got Megs sorted out. That way they can keep the hype going as well. Just guessing anyway.

Cheetor: say the word big bot and he's history!
    Primal: wait! I think he's......
Cheetor: optimus is this your ancestor.
Primal: yes....I'm sure of it. The great leader, who fought against the decepticons. This is his, or rather was. He appears to be frozen in time......petrified!

Still waiting on TFS to get their restock of this guy. It was originally slated for July then got pushed to August, no update from them or anything. And unless it gets here tomorrow or Thursday, looks like it'll be September. Not very encouraging for future orders. I went with BBTS for Megatron after this. BBTS has gotten in 2 different restocks while I've been waiting for TFS to get one.

I consider this 1/12 scale compared to my 6 inch Marvel legends and Mezco Toys action figures these look great.

In real life Prime and Megs are 18 feet tall but change that in inches for mega scale. If they did a Ultra Magnus he'd be 20" and Grimlock/Dinobots they'd have to be 22-23 inches tall.

Not at all. That is a different thread I just recommended checking out about the future of this line. The sideshow was the question I asked which was answered by the good people of this site.

Character selection is coming (Megs is next) for a affortable price (unlike Ulti-metal) and if they make alt modes (that can fit 6 inch humanoid action figures) I would buy those too.

Still waiting on TFS here too. Is this long wait for restocks a common occurrence for TFS?

yes @nails1. It's one of the reasons I switched to Toy Dojo. I only shop at TFS if it's marked as in-stock and if TD doesn't have it.

I've been in contact with them and was told on Friday that their shipment was on its was from their supplier to them. So I'm hoping for a shipping notification at the end of this week, early next week at the latest.

I was told that a couple of weeks ago. I'm sure they will eventually get a restock but it doesn't seem it will be anytime soon.

How difficult is it to get a refund from TFS? I'd rather not go to the credit card company to get the money back as I might want to order from them in the future - as long as they have the item in stock!
