Ben's collectibles FB has some new pictures. Proportions seem off. May have to back out.

 

I wanna see what source material they will use for Megs and the others. Will they stick with the same artist. Lookin forward to seeing some Dinobots.

 

Nice video from Benscollectables. It really shows off the incredible detail, articulation and size. IMO it looks pretty much perfect now, the only complaint I have is the black fingers and thumbs. I would prefer them blue.

We know from Toys Alliance FB page that MAS-02 will be Megatron, so I can't wait to have Prime in the top half of my detolf and Megatron in the bottom half. That is going to be one hell of an impressive display.

And they have also been asking for fan feedback on what other characters they should release... 

 

I've pre-ordered this as well, and I usually don't go for non-transforming figures. But for the size figure you get, the price is right. I hope this sells well, so we do get a better range of figures than just the usual suspects like Prime, Megs, Bee, Screamer. At the very least, Prime and Megs will look awesome facing off against each other on my shelf.

As far as the proportions go, I like this look for Prime. If it looked more like MP-01 or MP-10, I probably wouldn't go for it. Might as well get something that looks different than the actual transforming figures...

I'm sure Megs will be nice, and a buy for me without even seeing it, but may come down a choice between that and the upcoming SparkToys WW Megatron...... don't know if I will have space for both.

We're getting mighty close to December.

 

I'm laughing reading some of the responses to this figure; some saying it's not g1 enough, others saying it's not g1 prime at all. It is based on g1 prime... You can tell by the waist, the grill, the Windows, the truck parts, lights etc. its simply a 3 dimensional version of a current artists take on g1 prime; That bulky, astetic that he has looked like in the past 12/13 years. The only thing not making him "g1 prime" is that it's 2016. Literally, lol. The same can be said of mp10. Either way, a great looking piece. Preordered.....

 

Damn he looks good and the price is just awesome.

 

i have him on preorder, but is it just me or do you think he'd benefit a bit if his legs are a little longer? his proportions seem a little stumpy

Sometimes he looks so much like the ultrametal. Reprints of this would be fun.
