I ordered a bunch on Dec. 10th, and just got a notice today saying my order was being 'prepared'. That is unusually slow for them, but I've been ordering stuff from them for over a decade, their service has always been good, and I'm not too worried... it's just holiday delays.

Sorry, I phrased that badly. I'd emailed them previously, the status update occurred a day or two after that.

I ordered from them on December 8th, last week I emailed them saying that I my order still shows as "payment accepted", they responded to me saying that they are backed up and it would be shipped soon. I got a shipment notification email this morning. Based on past experience with them, it should take close to two weeks to arrive in Vancouver, Canada.

Just e-mail to make sure your order is on the to-do list. Otherwise, not much to do other than wait.

They're historically slow, especially around sales/black Friday etc. They always come through though. Last order took about 4 weeks total, luckily in that time NONE OF MY TOYS DIED OF OLD AGE DURING THE WAIT.

    Chill out, fellow nerds.

I placed two orders over BF weekend. Just received the second one today, it was shipped on 12/22.

I had pretty good luck with Toyhax. The last thing I ordered was the labels for Blaster. They came pretty quickly.

I ordered the mp hot rod labels when they were on sale for a penny. Never arrived. I emailed their customer service and they quickly sent out another. Never arrived. I decided it wasn't worth the hassle (I was only out a few cents) and never ordered from them again.

Now to be fair, I got my CW Devastator set from them a few months earlier and it arrived and my not ordering from them again has more to do with not liking repros all that much (they look like you covered a fancy mp figure with a bunch of vinyl stickers -it's not a good look imo). It's possible that I put in my address wing on the order I never got. As I said, it was only a few cents and it was a set I didn't want all that badly so I chose to abandon it.

Toyhax is never fast. Patience will probably be all you need.

    That seems unlikely.

I have never been impressed with their shipping times. I have always been impressed with their customer service.

You don't know. I could've put my address as wing. Post office would never figure that one out.

... And yes, it was a typo. Or a Swype error. A swypo if you will. I meant to say I may have entered my address wing... wing...w... incorrectly.

It's swypo a term? I've never heard anyone use it but it seems to obvious for me to be the first person to think of it.

[Edit] turns out swypo is a term but it means... something else

[Edit again] yes it also means what I said, so no I'm not the clever inventor of a new term.

I might consider changing the thread title, unless it’s really warranted. I’ve had good experiences with them, I’m sure it’s nothing but a delay. Good luck, hope it works out for you.

Might as well just close the thread, since it was nothing more than an unfortunate case of me jumping the gun.
