    *CONTAINS MILD SPOILERS*

Saw this article on another web site and the exclusive Toy Story 3 work in progress screening went on and someone had this to say about it

Jim Hill : ?Toy Story 3? is a triumph, puts exhibitors at ShoWest in tears)

I personally can't wait because I remember watching both movies on VCR home video weekend after weekend. I absolutely loved them and it got me interested in Pixar Movies. I doubt I'll be crying though.

    I fully expect to weep.

The story of Andy gowing up and out of childhood draws enough of a parallel to my own life as a Father to make me a bit teary eyed when I think about my kids growing up and not, well, being kids anymore.

Has there been a Pixar flick that doesn't try to make you cry at one point?

I've never cried because of a movie ever. I wonder what's going to happen so dramatic that it touches people that deeply... I just want to see it for nostalgia and because it looks awesome.

As I am an amazing fan of the first two Toy Stories (Toy Story was the first movie I ever saw), I'm totally going to see this. But I'm actually a little surprised it's taking this direction, interested in seeing where it goes.

No way in hell will I ever cry when this movie comes out. I'm a man!

...Then again, Gurren Lagann's the only other thing within the past five years that made me cry man tears.

I dunno. I have a feeling (SPOILERS COMING MAYBE)

That Woody may get thrown away in the end.

In the new trailer (well the most recent one) in the last minute of the trailer, you see Woody falling into darkness in a wave of what looks like fallen leaves or trash and Andy is saying in a voiceover "What makes him special is he'll never give up on you ever"

If that happens it may be enough to make me feel really emotional (I probably won't cry though)

    Japanese trailer - new footage!

I'd bet it was part of the opening sequence.

YouTube - Toy Story 3 Japan Trailer

    CHECK IT CHECK IT OUT.

Oh Jesus, this keeps looking more and more emotional. I will cry on 6/18. I will.

    Well aren't you special?

The Trailer looked good, Pixars one not to let you down, should be a good right with a heart of gold.

I was this close to weeping man-tears over the first two Toy Stories, but this sounds like it just may be the one that gets me to cry rivers. But I'm glad apparently everything works out well in the end.

I almost cried during parts of the trailer. So emotional. I just hope it's a happy cry ending and not an Old Yeller's dead cry at the end.

I never cried at movies but have been guilty of getting misty eyed a few times. I think it'll be the same for TS3 no matter how sentimental the ending is.

To be honest I would like it to end with the toys actually revealing that they can talk and stuff to andy.

I'm so excited. I will definitely bring tissues. Pixar NEVER fails to make me cry. Especially the ending of Monsters Inc and the beginning of Up. I've never seen a group of people who always deliver touching, amazing stuff. So excited for Toy Story 3 though. Caught the first one on my flight back at America, watched it twice. It's amazing stuff.
