Defensor looks awesome.   He looks to be more proportionated then Menasor. the Protectobots themselves look great together especially Hot Spot. I can see Rook being used as a retool/repaint of CW Ironhide.

Ultra Magnus looks brilliant. Both the robot and altmode look fantastic.  I saw at the Allspark news site that there were pics of how to put Minimus Ambus inside the chest and how you can make a hammer out of the guns UM has along with the missile racks on his shoulders. Can't wait to get him.  

Devestator himself looks still amazing but the Contructicons I'm a little mixed at. they look ok and I like how they look very different from one another despite being the same colour but I'm really worried for Scrapper, and Long Haul's arms. They seem to be lacking any elbows and Long Haul's arms seem to bend sideways. I really hope that isn't the case because that's a serious design flaw if it is.

 

Looks like I'll be able to pitch minimus ambus in the trash and still have a semi-decent Ultra Magnus.

 

They all look pretty good, wish I shared the level of enthusiasm every else seems to have. Though I'm highly impressed with Ultra Magnus. Really wish TT would have used similar shoulders on the MP version. And no buttflap, it can be done.

Making Cyclonus a combiner just baffles me.

And Leader Megatron, Leader Jetfire, Leader Ultra Magnus, but no Leader Optimus Prime. Disgraceful.

 

Why did they have to include Minimus or whoever that is?   I wonder if Legends Optimus mold can fit i Ultra Magnus. If so, I'm repainting on white. And Devastator is AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

 

I'm just saying Cobra is not even Transformer, it's GI Joe.

 

Individually the Protectobots look great, but combined Defensor looks horrible.

The Constructicons and Devastator on the other hand look amazing.

 

Defensor looks pretty damn good. Devastator has an awesome combined mode and vehicle modes, but some of those robot modes are weird looking - Long Haul's fat as fuck, and tread legs don't work nowadays unless you want the toy to look like it has polio. Cyclonus is cool tho, and I will suck a dick to own that Ultra Magnus. I know I don't have to, but if it boils down to that I will.

Not a whole lot, but what we saw was great. Also, fuck Robots in Disguise.

 

So no mini white prime inside of Magnus? That's fine, figure still looks amazing.

 

Cyclonus - Looks great, but I think I'll stick with my deluxe

Viper - Great repaint

Defensor - Looks great, I love how they kept relatively in scale by making Groove a part of it without it being a giant motorcycle. Individual bots and vehicles are on par from what I want out of Generations

Devestator/Constructicons - So much better than 3rd party, robots are spot on, vehicles are great. Other than the small left foot, this thing may be one of the best updates I've seen.

Imagine how excited we would be if none of these were leaked at all.

You know what would really complete that cyclonus is a 3rd party head, skirt/armor, and great sword.

I like that, it looks great on a otherwise mere retool/remold of Powerglide. I have to decide now already how much i want to spend and which to get. This is difficult. Haha. And imagine that this is just what is revealed now.... They have way more down the shoot.

 

Hasbro is breaking out the big guns with combiner wars, so far everything has been impressive. Gonna be broke all year! Lol
