I see several stores selling what is described "Japanese Exclusive" Convoy similar the Cybertron Deluxe version of Prime, like this one and this one.

What is the difference between this one and the Cybertron Prime sold in TRU and other stores? I actually bought one from TRU and see no diff whatsoever with this pictured item. That is, nothing other then the higher pricetag ...

That, and it's for the Japanese market, available from e-Hobby, I believe.

but yeah...as for PHYSICAL differences. None, other than the sticker.

Someone told me that the TRU version does not have the planet symbols on the figure like the Toy Dream one does. The Toy Dream one has the speed and beast planet symbots on the fenders and the earth and giant planet symbols on the roof of the cab.

I don't have any of the NA ones so I could not tell you if they do have them.

Other then that, it is a sticker in the one corner.

These were soliced by Japan as a different item from the one in the US. You can imagine the dissapointment when the box was opened and inside was a bunch of Cyberton Prime figure! Ho boy.

    Spencer.

That was a running change. First couple of shipments didn't have the symbols. I think most of the ones I've seen lately do.

I think the key is that this toy was not available in Galaxy Force. This particular release was a way to get this toy into the Japanese market. Kinda like the USA Editions from Armada.
