He didn't talk. Althought I thought he was the one who said "this is going to hurt, a lot" Because that didn't sound Scottish like Roadbuster, and that didn't even sound like Leadfoot.

It was Roadbuster,if you look close enough,it kind of looks like his mouth is moving. Besides,Topspin got kicked in the face in that scene,no way was it him
Topspin and Prime Bumblebee have the same voice actor; Snake-eEyes from GI joe. So his lines are very in-depth and inspiring words of wisdom, duh!
I still pretty convinced that there was one line in the movie that belonged to him, except that I cant remember what it was, but it didnt sound like Leadfoot or Roaduster at all to me.
I think that TF Wiki's got it right; Top Spin would've been voiced by Bill Fagerbakke if he spoke - fitting the report we had that Bill was in as a NASCAR bot. But, Top Spin is just the strong silent Type among the Wreckers. When I first saw the film, I thought that when we see his leg when Epps meets Sam again, it looked a bit like Jolt (especially the legs and his hands).
