Gen Chromia. Replaced PRID Arcee on this list - the toy is almost the same thing but I like the look more.

Takara Legends Nightbird. Replaced Gen Arcee on the list because same mold, better look and I never was very attached to G1 Arcee.

NuRID Warrior Strongarm. Aside of boxed hands is sturdy, is poseable and I like her being different than the rest.

Takara Legends Slipstream. Like Windblade but nicer looking.

Animated Arcee.


Honorable mentions:
NuRID Legion Strongarm. Nice miniature.
Cyberverse Airachnid. This is what her Deluxe should be at the bery least.
Iron Factory Not-Windblade. Did not made it to the list only because it's a bootleg and OP asked for HasTak figures.

 

I don't have T30 Arcee and I probably never will because of speculators, but her altmode is pretty cool. I don't know if I own 5 fembots yet. But of the ones I know:

1. Iron Factory Maiden/Windsaber/Miko (wtf BigBad?) is my most desired version of Windblade
2. Generations Arcee
3. PRID Arcee (one day I want all of Team Prime, I only have Wheeljack right now)
4. Windshear of the Minicon Assault Team.
5. TFA Blackarachnia

So technically I only own 2 of my top 5. I also have Unicycle Movie Arcee (who looks really cool in bike mode... but that's it) and Cybertron Override (whose shoulders are a bummer).

Thunderblast who I still haven't gotten a decade later. For shame!

 

Takara Legends Arcee... and that's about it for me. When they make an MP, I can add it to the list.

 

In no particular order...

-Transmetal Airrazor - not only the first TF mold fully intended to represent a female from the start, but a very cool, solid BW-era mold in any case.

-BM Blackarachnia/Crystal Widow/Universe Blackarachnia - Love it or hate it, the BM series gave us some really unique designs, not all of which were successful. Blackarachnia is one of the better ones.

-Transmetal 2 Blackarachnia - Just on the sheer BOMBAST of her design alone. That headsculpt is off the hook.

-Energon Arcee (and repaints) - Not the best figure, but very good for it's time and size class. I dunno, the mold just pleases me, even if I must admit that Generations Arcee is superior in every way.

-Combiner Hunter Chromia - A solid & fun mold when it was Prime Arcee, and very good retooled into IDW Chromia, but I was frankly underwhelmed. Somehow, the Combiner Hunter paint scheme woke me up, and taught me to appreciate how awesome the Chromia retool really is.

 

1) BM Universe Blackarachnia, elegant, cool details, just wish she has proper hands.
2) Animated Blackarachnia, clever transformation, nice color scheme, very anime accurate, her con is her weapon, a bit too big and dont look good in hand.
3) Animated Dragstrip, very dynamic look, iconic hommage, and the novelty dont hurt either, but her back pack could be a bit more compressed.
4) Windblade generation, she has some bad points sure, but her alt mode, theme, comics background and the fact she's kinda made from our choices make up for that
5) Prime first edition Arcee, that transformation is pure win

Honourable mention TFtM Fracture's Crasher toy, but she hardly counts as a character.
